Abstract
The present invention relates to a mattress frame (or ring groove), and is a design for a frame for a mattress produced by a plating spring for producing high value mattresses.
The material of the mattress frame is changed from the conventional general steel wire to the plated steel wire to improve the corrosion resistance and the rust prevention property, and above all, the beauty (gloss) of the appearance is improved compared with the general steel wire.
This creates a higher added value by providing the plating spring with a more improved appearance enhancement effect than when using a frame made of conventional untreated general steel wire.
Description
The present invention relates to a frame of a bed or a couch mattress, and more particularly to a frame (or a ring mouth) of a bed or a couch mattress made using a plated steel wire.
A mattress is a type of bedding that takes a break or sleep, and the mattress itself is usually laid on the floor, but it is usually used by putting it on the floor frame of a bed.
The interior of the mattress is provided with a plurality of cushioning spring assemblies for cushioning, the cushion being generally covered with a cloth. Such mattresses generally have a square shape of a double shape or more for a single person or a double person for a single person.
That is, as shown in Fig. 1, a general mattress includes a
In order to manufacture such a mattress, a plurality of
These bed mattresses are roughly classified into two types depending on the type of the buffer spring assembly. A method of making a general mattress shape by interconnecting a plurality of independent springs using a helical coil 140 (often referred to as a beveled spring, [Fig. 1-a]), (Often referred to as pocket springs, [Fig. 1-b]), and since the frame can not be maintained by a buffer spring assembly for a mattress completed in this manner A mattress frame 110 (or a mattress ring groove) is formed and used to make it possible to keep the frame and to make it stronger than the impact from the outside.
In order to produce high value-added products compared to existing small and medium sized products, a double-glazed spring mattress is produced by using a coated polished steel wire to produce a buffer spring assembly (120) A
Conventional mattress frames are produced with untreated general steel wires and many scratches are generated during the straightening process of the steel wire which is provided in coil form during the manufacturing process. When this conventional mattress frame is combined with the plated buffer spring assembly The effect of improving appearance (gloss), corrosion resistance, and rust prevention is halved, and the high value added value of the plating spring mattress is reduced.
A mattress frame (or ring hole) having the same appearance as the plated cushioning spring assembly for solving the problem is provided.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a buffer spring assembly produced by using a plated steel wire whose surface is polished by changing the material of a conventional mattress frame from a general steel wire to a plated steel wire, And to provide a product that can maximize the high value-added effect of appearance improvement (gloss), corrosion resistance, and rust prevention.
1 is a view showing a structure of a general mattress-type mattress and a pocket type mattress,
FIG. 2 is a view showing the appearance of a conventional mattress frame without surface treatment. Unlike the cushioning spring assembly in which the surface is polished, when a conventional mattress frame having many scratches on its surface is used, Corrosion resistance and anti-rust property are reduced.
[Figure 3] shows the appearance of the plating mattress frame in the present invention. When a mattress frame having the same appearance as that of the cushioning spring assembly having a polished surface is used, the appearance of the product which is intended to use the plated spring, Corrosion resistance and rust prevention are maximized.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can readily implement the technical idea of the present invention.
The mattress frame requires rigidity to maintain the shape of the cushion spring assembly, and it is common to use a circular cross-section steel wire with a minimum wire diameter of 5mm or more as a component that requires elasticity of any level.
The steel wire is straightened by applying an external force through a straightener, then bent in a closed shot shape and welded to the end to complete the mattress frame. A lot of scratches are generated on the surface of the material in the process of passing the coiled steel wire through the straightener.
There is a problem in that the plating is peeled off if straightening the hardened steel wire by the same straightening process as the conventional one.
Therefore, the present invention solves the problems of the conventional manufacturing method by improving the manufacturing efficiency and commissioning the manufacturing facility capable of producing the mattress frame while preserving the plating state even after straightening the coiled raw material of the steel wire to the advanced equipment manufacturer .
The difference between the mattress frame of the present invention and the existing mattress frame is that it has a glossy appearance, corrosion resistance and rust prevention property of the plated appearance, but as shown in Fig. 2, the appearance improvement is applied only to the cushion spring assembly without improving the appearance of the existing mattress frame Considering this, the plating mattress frame in this paper is expected to maximize the effect of high value added mattress.
The plating mattress frame of this invention is supplied from steel companies with various colored finishes such as nickel plating, chrome plating, galvanizing, copper plating, etc. to provide various appearance mattress frames according to the demand of the mattress manufacturing company.
