Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mosaicked black box image sharing system, and more particularly, to a system capable of automatically mosaicing images acquired from a black box and sharing them in a server.
The video shot by the black box contains various accident scenes. These accident scenes are important evidence in conflict. However, there are cases where the face of a black box is also photographed with the face of another person, so there may be controversy about the privacy invasion when uploading such a video to the server.
Therefore, when a moving picture is uploaded to a server, a technique of automatically recognizing a face of a person or a number of another car and then performing a mosaic processing is required.
The present invention aims at providing a mosaic-processed black box image sharing system in which users can share warrant data by mosaicing a part of the image collected in the black box and infringing privacy.
According to an aspect of the present invention,
An image collecting device;
An image processing server for mosaicing a portion related to privacy in the images of the image collection device;
A moving image data server for storing the mosaiced image;
A web server capable of loading image data of the moving image data server;
There is provided a mosaic-processed black box image sharing system including a user terminal capable of loading moving images from the web server.
The present invention provides a mosaic-processed black box image sharing system in which users can share warrant data by performing mosaic processing on a part of the image collected in the black box that is invasion of privacy.

The mosaic-processed black box image sharing system of the present embodiment includes an image collection device; An image processing server for performing a mosaic process on a part related to privacy on the images of the image collecting device; A moving image data server for storing the mosaiced image; a web server for loading image data of the moving image data server; And a user terminal capable of loading moving images from the web server.
The image collecting apparatus may be a black box or a personal PC storing an image of a black box. The black box stores images taken during the vehicle's operation.
The image processing server performs a mosaic process on the images related to the privacy of the image collecting device. Mainly recognizes the face of a person and a license plate of a car, and mosaics this part. The image processing server identifies the face of the person and the license plate after subdividing the video uploaded by the image collecting device into frames. Thereafter, the corresponding portion is mosaiced.
The video data server stores the mosaic image. The images processed by the image processing server are collected and stored in the moving image data server.
The web server enables the image data of the video data server to be loaded when an external terminal is connected.
When accessing a web server, the scope of authority differs depending on the status of the visitor. As shown in FIG. 3, when a user is connected as a user, the user can back up individual files and video data. In addition, the public can access only the file which is opened through the bulletin board and the file which is readable by anyone. At this time, scenes that are likely to infringe on privacy are automatically mosaiced.
On the other hand, a space can be stored on the web server for paying and storing accessible data. This is mainly a recorded image of an accident scene, and it is provided to an insurance company or a police officer so that accident handling can be made easier.
