Abstract
The present invention relates to a cargo hold insulation panel, comprising a plurality of panels disposed on each of upper portions of a fixed plate disposed on an upper portion of a hull, a plurality of cleats disposed on each of opposite surfaces of the plurality of panels, A connecting member connected to each of the upper and lower ends of the cleats to fix the plurality of panels to the upper portion of the hull, and a heat insulating member disposed at an upper end of the connecting member. Therefore, it is possible to support the heat insulation and the load of the cargo hold.
Description
The present invention relates to a cargo hold insulation panel, and more particularly, to a cargo hold insulation panel capable of supporting insulation and load of a cargo hold.
Generally, a liquefied natural gas carrier is classified into a membrane type in which a cargo window of a round sphere type and a cargo window of a rectangular shape are mounted on a hull. The cargo hold of the liquefied natural gas carrier includes a primary barrier to which liquefied natural gas is contacted and a cargo hold insulation unit to be connected to the primary barrier for insulation of liquefied natural gas.
Among the liquefied natural gas carriers, the membrane type can be divided into the NO 96 type and the MARK-III type according to the partition structure.
Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2008-0097519 discloses a structure for attaching a cargo hold insulation material to a ship in which a stud made of steel is directly welded to a cargo hold and the length of the stud is shortened to increase the adhering strength of the insulator. This technique can minimize thermal conduction and prevent wear of the insulation through the wear-resistant intermediate member installed in the hole of the insulation.
Korean Patent No. 10-0935905 discloses an insulation panel used as a thermal insulation material in a membrane type cargo hold for storing cryogenic liquid and an insulation panel and a hull assembling device for facilitating assembly and height adjustment of the hull. This technique can easily assemble the hull and the insulation panel using the fixture of the hull and the fixing hole of the insulation panel, and can easily perform the height of the insulation panel from the hull, thereby improving the assembly productivity.
One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a cargo hold insulation panel capable of supporting insulation and load of a cargo hold.
An embodiment of the present invention is to provide a cargo hold insulation panel capable of reducing the incidence of a step difference by fixing an insulation panel through a heat insulating member.
An embodiment of the present invention seeks to provide a cargo hold insulation panel which can reduce the material usage cost by not using a polywedge wedge.
In embodiments, the cargo hold insulation panel may include a plurality of panels disposed on each of the top portions of the fixed plate disposed on the top of the hull, a plurality of cleats disposed on each of the opposing surfaces of the plurality of panels, And a heat insulating member disposed at the upper end of the connecting member.
In one embodiment, the plurality of panels may be configured with at least a portion of the upper portion thereof as a secondary barrier. The plurality of cleats may be connected to the upper portion of the hull, the fixing plate, and each of the plurality of panels.
The coupling member includes a coupler base socket connected to an upper portion of the hull at a lower end between the plurality of cleats, a coupler rod extending in a vertical direction in the coupler base socket, And a fixing plate connected to the coupler rod at an upper portion of the fixing plate.
In one embodiment, the insulating member may be implemented with a glass wool. The heat insulating member may be arranged to have the same height as the plurality of panels or to have a lower height than the plurality of panels.
The cargo hold insulation panel according to an embodiment of the present invention can support the insulation and the load of the cargo hold.
The cargo hold insulation panel according to an embodiment of the present invention can fix the insulation panel through the insulation member to reduce the step difference incidence.
The cargo hold insulation panel according to an embodiment of the present invention does not use a polywedge wedge, thereby reducing the material usage cost.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily carry out the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. In order to clearly illustrate the present invention, parts not related to the description are omitted, and similar parts are denoted by like reference characters throughout the specification.
