Description

Cargo insulation panel {CARGO INSULATION PANEL}

The present invention relates to a cargo hold insulation panel, and more particularly, to a cargo hold insulation panel capable of supporting insulation and load of a cargo hold.

Generally, a liquefied natural gas carrier is classified into a membrane type in which a cargo window of a round sphere type and a cargo window of a rectangular shape are mounted on a hull. The cargo hold of the liquefied natural gas carrier includes a primary barrier to which liquefied natural gas is contacted and a cargo hold insulation unit to be connected to the primary barrier for insulation of liquefied natural gas.

 Among the liquefied natural gas carriers, the membrane type can be divided into the NO 96 type and the MARK-III type according to the partition structure.

Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2008-0097519 discloses a structure for attaching a cargo hold insulation material to a ship in which a stud made of steel is directly welded to a cargo hold and the length of the stud is shortened to increase the adhering strength of the insulator. This technique can minimize thermal conduction and prevent wear of the insulation through the wear-resistant intermediate member installed in the hole of the insulation.

Korean Patent No. 10-0935905 discloses an insulation panel used as a thermal insulation material in a membrane type cargo hold for storing cryogenic liquid and an insulation panel and a hull assembling device for facilitating assembly and height adjustment of the hull. This technique can easily assemble the hull and the insulation panel using the fixture of the hull and the fixing hole of the insulation panel, and can easily perform the height of the insulation panel from the hull, thereby improving the assembly productivity.

In order to clearly illustrate the present invention, parts not related to the description are omitted, and similar parts are denoted by like reference characters throughout the specification.

1 is a view illustrating a cargo hold insulation panel according to an embodiment of the present invention.

1, a cargo hold insulation panel 100 includes a plurality of panels 110, a plurality of cleats 120, a connecting member 130, and a heat insulating member 140. As shown in FIG.

The cargo hold insulation panel 100 described below can be applied to the NO 96 type.

A plurality of panels (110) are disposed on each of upper portions of the fixing plate (20) disposed on the upper portion of the hull (10). The plurality of panels 110 may be spaced apart from each other. The hull 10 and the fixing plate 20 may be connected via an adhesive member 30 (for example, Epoxy Mastic).

The plurality of panels 110 may be composed of at least a part of the upper part of the secondary barrier. The secondary barrier is implemented with high airtightness to prevent leakage of liquefied natural gas when the primary barrier is destroyed. In one embodiment, the secondary barrier may be interconnected over a plurality of panels 110.

The plurality of panels 110 may be connected to at least one top panel at the top via a rigid triplex. The upper panel may be composed of a primary barrier at least a part of the upper part thereof and a membrane (corrugated shape) may be disposed at the upper end of the primary barrier. The rigid triplex may correspond to an adhesive. In one embodiment, the plurality of panels 110 and the at least one top panel may be arranged to have a plane.

The cleats 120 and the heat insulating member 140 are coupled to one side of the plurality of panels 110 so that the binding force between the hull 10 and the fixing plate 20 can be enhanced.

A plurality of cleats 120 is disposed on each of the opposing sides of the plurality of panels 110. The plurality of cleats 120 may be disposed on the same plane as the upper portion of the hull 10 and the lower end thereof may be disposed on a lower plane than the panel 110 through the fixing plate 20. That is, the plurality of cleats 120 may be connected to the upper portion of the hull 10, the fixing plate 20, and the plurality of panels 110, respectively. In one embodiment, the plurality of cleats 120 may be implemented as a rectangle.

The plurality of cleats 120 may be connected to the connecting member 130 at the lower and upper ends. Specifically, the lower ends of the plurality of cleats 120 are connected to the coupler base socket 131, the coupler rods 132 are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, and the upper plate is connected to the fixing plate 133.

The connecting member 130 is connected to upper and lower ends of the plurality of cleats 110 to fix the plurality of panels 110 to the upper portion of the hull 10.
