Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bud regenerator, and more particularly, to a bud regenerator capable of growing bud sprouts in a clean environment.
Sprout vegetable grows sprout germinated in seed for a short period of time to eat young hypocotyls and cotyledons at the beginning of growth and bury roots or stems of buds, It refers to vegetables.
Sprout vegetables are also known as sprout oil vegetables or sprouts vegetables. They are not used to refer to any specific vegetables, but to harvest fresh cotyledons, leaves or stems obtained by sowing seeds of vegetables or cereals, and collecting them in a fresh state. It is usually a small vegetable with one to three leaves with buds.
Since the vegetable biosynthesizes important nutrients, such as nutrients, during the sprouting period of the seeds, the vitamin content of the sprouts is 3 to 4 times that of the grown vegetables. It is common to not use pesticides because clean and freshness is the most important. There are many kinds of sprout vegetables, and the most common ones are bean sprouts and mung beans. In addition, sprouts, rape, buckwheat, Chinese cabbage, chinese cabbage, broccoli, cabbage, alfalfa, Is a possible crop.
In Korea, the sprout vegetable market is 2.8% of the whole vegetable market, but in the advanced countries such as the US, Europe, Australia and Japan, the sprout vegetable market accounts for more than 20 ~ 30% of the whole vegetable market. Growth is expected. On the other hand, the demand for sprouting grew from 2002, when the number of individual consumers started to increase. In 2005, 40% of individual consumers and 60% of restaurants were surveyed. There is a tendency.
Generally, sprout vegetables means the cultivated vegetables which are cultivated in 5 to 15 days with only pure water in the state that the nutrients are excluded, and they are mainly cultivated vegetables such as sprouts, perilla seedlings, papaya seedlings, , Briquette shoot, alfalfa, clover bud, buttercup, and leek.
These sprouts are usually produced in large quantities, packed in plastic bags or other methods, and then sold. In many cases, cuts that remove wounds and fine roots from the packaging process are often broken, and the freshness of the sprouts vegetables is maintained after packaging There is a problem that the fresh vegetables can not be provided.
In addition, in order to increase the productivity of the sprout vegetable, there is a problem that the safety of the food is threatened because the harmful medicine such as the preservative for preventing the sprouting of the sprouts and the accelerator for the rapid growth are added.
In addition, a conventional sprout vegetable grower includes a seedling in a basket, a cover for blocking light on the seedling, a regulator for periodically supplying water to germinate the seed to grow seeds, a cotton or sponge , An incubator in which water is supplied at a constant thickness, and seeds are sprinkled thereon, a means for spraying the soil, sand or soil evenly inside the plastic house, densely spraying seeds such as seeds on the inside thereof, Have been widely used.
However, when water was supplied only on the seeds, the water supply period could not be adjusted, and various pollutants in the air caused degradation of cultivation speed, rottenness, and mold.
In addition, the existing sprout vegetable growers may cause hygiene problems because water is continuously circulated and there is a problem that a large-sized expensive apparatus must be separately manufactured when growing sprout vegetables in large quantities.

It is to be understood, however, that the appended drawings illustrate the present invention in order to more easily explain the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. You will know. First, a structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an entire structure of a
The
However, the shape of the
The
The
At this time, the
The
That is, the water contained in the
The
In the present embodiment, the
Water that has been atomized on the side of the
Also, unlike the present embodiment, the
Meanwhile, the
In this embodiment, the
3 is a bottom view showing a state of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
In the case of the
In this embodiment, a
In this embodiment, the
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the
Although not shown, the
The
Accordingly, the
Also, the
Meanwhile, the
In the present embodiment, the
However, unlike the present embodiment, the
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a moisture supply state of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the moisture supply path of the
First, the water contained in the
Accordingly, the atomized water is moved to the
Also, some of the atomized water may be discharged to the outside through the
On the other hand, the
In this embodiment, the
Although not shown, a supply part for supplying water from the outside may be formed on the
Meanwhile, in the
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
