Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a defoaming device for removing bubbles contained in a liquid.
In the case of liquids such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil or turbine oil, liquids such as coating liquids or adhesives, bubbles may exist on the surface or inside.
However, if a lubricating oil, a hydraulic oil or a turbine oil in which bubbles are present is injected into a mechanical device, the mechanical device may be unsatisfactory, and in the case of an adhesive in which bubbles are present and bubbles are present, .
For this reason, the bubbles present in the liquid should be removed and used appropriately in accordance with the intended use of the liquid. For example, a paste material for sealing a liquid crystal, a semiconductor element, or the like is required to be used in a state in which bubbles are sufficiently removed.
For this reason, various types of defoaming devices are used.
A conventional bubble removing device removes bubbles by stirring the liquid, or removes bubbles by injecting the liquid into a vacuum space, or removes bubbles by rotating the liquid at high speed.
However, in the above conventional bubble removing device, after the container containing the liquid is brought into the bubble removing device, the liquid stored in the container is stirred or reduced, or the bubble is removed by rotating the container. After the bubbles present in the liquid are sufficiently removed, the container is taken out of the bubbling device, and then the container is transferred to the use place to supply the liquid to the place of use.
That is, since the conventional bubble processing apparatus can not directly supply the liquid from which the bubbles have been removed, the container is taken out from the bubbling apparatus, and the liquid in which the bubbles have been removed is supplied to the use place. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that bubbles may be generated again in the liquid from which the bubbles have been removed, while the liquid in which the bubbles have been removed is stored in the container and transferred to the user.
In addition, since liquid is stored in the container having a predetermined height to remove air bubbles, it takes a long time to sufficiently remove air bubbles in the bottom portion of the container.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a defoaming device capable of solving all the problems of the prior art as described above.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bubble removing device capable of preventing the bubble from being generated again in the liquid during the transfer of the liquid to the place of use by directly supplying the bubble-free liquid to the place of use.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a bubble removing device capable of removing bubbles present in a liquid in a short time by removing bubbles in the form of a thin film.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a bubble removing device capable of removing bubbles present in a liquid having a high viscosity in a short time by removing bubbles in a state in which the liquid is in a thin film state.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bubble removing apparatus comprising: a body having a space formed therein; A storage unit for storing the liquid supplied to one side of the inside of the main body; A rotatable member rotatably installed in the main body and rotating with the liquid stored in the storage unit being buried in the outer peripheral surface thereof; A foaming agent rejecting the inside of the main body to remove bubbles present in the liquid on the rotating member; And a receiving portion communicating with the use place to receive the liquid from which the bubbles on the rotating member are removed.
In the bubble removing device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving portion for receiving the liquid from which bubbles have been removed is directly in communication with the place of use, and the liquid is supplied to the user. Therefore, since the liquid from which bubbles have been removed is supplied to the place of use without being exposed to the outside, bubbles are not generated again in the liquid in which the bubbles have been removed, during transfer of the liquid from which the bubbles have been removed to the user.
Since the bubbles present in the liquid forming the thin film form on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member are removed, the bubbles present in the liquid can be removed in a short time, and the bubbles present in the liquid having a high viscosity can be removed in a short time.
Since the bubble-free liquid can be directly supplied to the user, the bubble removing device according to the present embodiment and the device to be used can be arranged in an in-line type.

First Embodiment
1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a bubble removing apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the
The
It goes without saying that the
Bubbles may be present on the surface or inside of the liquid. However, if a liquid such as a lubricating oil, a hydraulic oil or a turbine oil in which bubbles exist is injected into the mechanical device, the mechanical device may operate unsatisfactorily. In the case of a liquid such as a coating liquid or an adhesive in which bubbles exist, the coating performance and the adhesion performance may be deteriorated. As a result, bubbles present in the liquid must be removed.
The
To this end, a
The
The pressure inside the
The receiving
Since the bubble elimination liquid can be supplied by connecting the
Some of the liquid removed from the bubbles on the outer circumferential surface of the
In order to prevent this, in the bubbling
The left end face of the
It is preferable that the lower portion of the
Driving means (not shown) such as a cylinder or the like for linearly moving the collecting
It is necessary to appropriately adjust the thickness of the liquid to be transferred to the
For this reason, in the bubbling
The distance between the end surface of the adjusting
The bubble removing device according to the first embodiment of the present invention can remove bubbles present on the surface or inside of the liquid by spreading the liquid in a thin film form so that the bubbles existing in the liquid can be removed in a short time, The bubbles existing in the liquid can be removed in a short time.

As shown, the bubbling
