Abstract
The present invention relates to a deck using a plate pile foundation and a method of constructing the deck and a method of constructing the deck using the plate pile foundation. Description
The present invention relates to a deck using a plate pile foundation and a method of constructing the same, and more particularly, to a deck using a plate pile foundation, To a deck using a plate pile foundation capable of reducing the length of the upper structure and preventing the height of the upper structure from fluctuating in a soft ground by distributing the load of the upper structure and a method of construction thereof.
As the environment has become more common in recent years, deck roads using wood have been widely used for trails in trails and parks, sidewalks along the lake, and terraces for houses and pensions.
To install the deck, a concrete foundation must be installed to support the deck pillars. To do this, we first make terraces at the locations where the foundation is needed, and form molds to form the framework of the substructure. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a deck using a plate pile base and a method of construction thereof that can be easily constructed and shorten a construction period.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a deck using a plate pile base and a method of constructing the deck, which can prevent the height of the upper structure from fluctuating due to weight even in soft grounds where the vertical drag force is weak.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for loading a file, the apparatus comprising: a file having a lower end embedded in a ground to receive a load of the upper structure; And a base plate for dispersing the base plate.
Preferably, the lower end has a tip or an edge. The lower end portion is formed of at least one of a circular steel pipe, a screw pile, a helix pile, a + type pile, a square pipe, and an H beam. The lower end may have a spiral protrusion.
The base plate may further include an extension plate disposed below the base plate and having a wider cross-sectional area than the base plate and distributing the load of the pile in a horizontal direction. The extension plate is threaded around the base plate. The extension plate has a hollow portion that can be opened and closed. The extension plate has an anchor portion fixed to the ground.
Preferably, the pile has a stepped portion which is caught on the upper surface of the base plate. The file includes an upper member supporting the upper structure and a lower member inserted into the base plate, the lower member having a support portion into which the upper member is inserted. The lower member has a horizontal through hole, and the base plate has a horizontal through hole corresponding to the through hole of the lower member.
The plate foundation according to the present invention having the above-described structure can be easily constructed in a foundation part that is buried in the ground even when the working conditions such as soft ground, water side, underwater, and mountain trail are unfavorable. Further, the plate foundation according to the present invention can form a safer base portion in which the upper structure is not settled by dispersing the load of the upper member on the ground.
