도 2는 도 1의 M-M’를 따라 절단한 광학시트의 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 곡률 피라미드렌즈의 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 N-N'선을 기준으로 절단한 단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 백라이트 유닛의 사시도이다.
Claims (11)
- 베이스필름 및 상기 베이스필름 일면에 형성된 피라미드패턴을 포함하고,
상기 피라미드패턴은 복수 개의 곡률 피라미드렌즈를 포함하고,
상기 곡률 피라미드렌즈는 서로 대향하는 두 쌍의 변을 갖는 저면 및 상기 각 변에서 연장된 두 쌍의 곡면을 포함하고,
이웃하는 곡면이 형성하는 일 접선은 이와 대향하는 타 접선과 하나의 곡선을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이웃하는 곡면이 형성하는 4개의 접선은 한 쌍의 곡선을 형성하고,
상기 한 쌍의 곡선은 곡률 반지름이 동일하고, 정부에서 상호 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 두 쌍의 곡면은 정부에서 서로 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 곡선은 반원형, 타원형, 또는 포물선형 곡선인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스필름과 상기 피라미드패턴은 일체로 형성된 것인 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피라미드렌즈의 높이는 20 내지 100㎛이며,
상기 저면의 한 변의 길이는 20 내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저면은 정사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피라미드패턴은 상기 베이스필름 일면에 복수 개의 곡률 피라미드렌즈가 정방형으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제8항에 있어서,
인접한 곡률 피라미드렌즈는 2 내지 10㎛의 이격거리를 두고 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스필름의 두께는 50 내지 300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 광학시트를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
