Description

Stormwater inlet integrated with a swinging filter cartridge

[0001] The present invention relates to a rainwater collecting apparatus for treating rainwater or the like below a road surface, and more particularly, to a rainwater collecting apparatus which is installed simply under the existing roads to block insects and odors coming from a sewer, To a rotatable cartridge rainwater receiver including a filter member removably installed so as to be able to be selectively installed in a different form according to the installation condition of the fan installed for rotation of the hemispherical cartridge for discharging the effluent .

The existing road side rainwater basin has a mesh type lid on the sewer line, so it is a facility to quickly discharge the rainwater runoff from the road during the rainfall. However, there is a problem in that water pollution is increased by discharging small waste such as cigarette butts and various non-point pollutants generated from roads including India and roads directly to sewer pipes without filtration. In addition, various contaminants are deposited along with water at the bottom of the rainwater drainage, and when it does not rain, it becomes a hot land to generate insects and odors.

In addition, in some areas, the rainwater inlet is covered with a long plate as a means to prevent insects and odors. In this case, rainfall runoff can not be properly discharged at the time of heavy rain, thereby causing flooding.

In order to solve such a problem, there is a rainwater receiver having a rotatable filter cartridge described in a patent document (No. 10-1178425) of the prior art document. The rainwater collector includes a hemispherical cartridge installed in a water tank and rotated by a rotation shaft A buoy provided on the upper surface of the hemispherical cartridge, and a collection net installed in the lower part of the water tank.

In the conventional rainwater collector, the buoy is installed integrally with the hemispherical cartridge by using a rubber packing adhesive, and the installation condition of the rainwater collector is different depending on the place where the rainwater collector is installed. There is a problem in that it can only be installed in one form such as size.

In addition, a collecting net for collecting foreign matter such as dirt passing through the cartridge is installed under the hemispherical cartridge in the water tank. In order to remove the foreign object, the collecting net is dismantled, There is an inconvenience that the foreign matter on the collecting net must be removed only through the narrow passage portion opened by rotation after rotating the hemispherical cartridge until the rotation of the hemispherical cartridge is stopped by the swash plate on the upper portion of the water tank.

The conventional hemispherical cartridge is limited in its rotation angle by a stopper provided on the inner wall surface of the water tank. When assembling the conventional hemispherical cartridge in a water tank, the top surface of the cartridge is made almost the same size as the bottom surface area of the water tank . Due to such manufacturing conditions, there is a real problem that the upper surface of the hemispherical cartridge, which is inserted and assembled downward from the upper part of the water tank due to the stopper already installed in the water tank, is caught by the stopper and is no longer inserted.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1178425

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve all of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a hemispherical cartridge capable of blocking pests and odors coming from a sewer pipe and discharging run- The present invention provides a rotatable cartridge rainwater receiver including a filter installed in the cartridge so as to constitute a rainwater receiver and configured to be removably mounted on the cartridge so that various shapes of the filter can be freely installed and installed according to installation conditions.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a rotatable cartridge rainwater receiver including a filter which is made of a soft material so as to extend around the hemispherical cartridge to allow a stopper provided on the inner wall surface of the water tank to pass smoothly.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a rotatable cartridge rainwater receiver including a filter material that can remove foreign substances on the collection network by rotating the collection net installed under the hemispherical cartridges in the water tank.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a rotary type cartridge rainwater collector including a filter medium according to the present invention comprises: a water tank in which an upper end and a lower end are formed as an inlet and an outlet, respectively; A hemispherical cartridge having an upper surface conforming to the internal area of the water tank; A rotation shaft for rotating the hemispherical cartridge; A buoy removably provided on one side of the upper surface of the hemispherical cartridge; And a swash plate installed on the upper surface of the water tank on which the buoy is formed and rotating, wherein the hemispherical cartridge includes a penetration portion through which rainwater can pass through at least a part of the upper surface and the lower surface of the hemispherical cartridge, And a filter medium.

And a soft support portion coupled to the entire or a part of the upper surface of the hemispherical cartridge to extend in close contact with the inner wall surface of the water tank.

A first stopper attached to one inner wall surface of the water tank so as to come into close contact with a lower surface of one support member coupled to the hemispherical cartridge and a second stopper attached to the other inner wall surface of the water tank so as to be in close contact with the upper surface of the other support member coupled to the hemispherical cartridge It is preferable to further include a second stopper.

Preferably, the support portion is a rubber plate or a soft plastic plate, and further includes a collecting net installed inside the water tray below the hemispherical cartridge, and a guide bar attached to one side of the lower surface of the hemispherical cartridge.

According to the rotatable cartridge rainwater collector including the filtering medium of the present invention, the pest and odor coming from the sewer are basically cut off by the hemispherical cartridge, and during the rainfall, the hemispherical cartridge rotates to easily discharge the rainwater to the sewer pipe There is an effect that can be done. The cartridge, which is a part of the rainwater collector of the present invention, has an effect of filtering and adsorbing nonpoint pollutants by the initial effluent at the time of rainfall by including the filter material therein.

In addition, since the buoys provided in the hemispherical cartridges are detachable, it is possible to selectively install the buoys according to the installation conditions of the different installation sites.

In addition, since the support portion extending around the hemispherical cartridge is made of a soft material such as rubber, the stopper on the wall surface of the water tank can be flexibly ridden, so that insertion is facilitated when the hemispherical cartridge is inserted into the water tank .

In addition, since the collection net installed under the water tank can rotate, the foreign matter on the collection net can be removed easily.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a rotatable cartridge rainwater collector including a filter according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, It is provided to inform.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the rotatable cartridge rainwater collector including the filter media according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional view of the above-described FIG. 1, to be.

The rainwater basin according to the present invention is basically a ditch to be collected or moved before being introduced into rivers or entering into a lake, or a device installed therein. For example, the rainwater basin is installed under the road, And can be easily inserted into the existing rain catcher structure.

Specifically, the rotary cartridge rainwater collector according to the present invention includes a water tank 1, a hemispherical cartridge 2, a rotary shaft 3, a buoy 4, a collection net 5, And a swash plate (6).

The water tank 1 may be a treatment tank or a case buried in the ground or inserted into a conventional rainwater harvesting structure. The upper end is formed by the inlet 11 and the lower end is formed by the outlet 12. Thereby allowing the rainwater or the like to flow through the inflow section 11 and to discharge the rainwater or the like that has flowed through the discharge section 12. The inflow part 11 may be formed by opening the whole or a part of the top or upper surface of the water tank 1 or by installing a mesh net or the like on the inflow part. Also, the discharge unit 12 may be formed by opening the bottom or bottom of the water tank 1 or a part thereof, or by providing a mesh net or the like on the bottom or bottom.

The hemispherical cartridge 2 is inserted into the water tub 1, and preferably located at an intermediate portion thereof. The hemispherical cartridge (2) has a hemispherical cross section and has a flat upper surface (21) and a semicircular lower surface (22). Accordingly, the hemispherical cartridge 2 is positioned such that the upper surface 21 faces upward and the lower surface 22 faces downward in the water tank 1. [ To this end, the hemispherical cartridges 2 are engaged with both sides of the inside of the water tub 1 through a rotation shaft 3, which will be described later.

The hemispherical cartridge 2 has an upper surface 21 corresponding to the inner surface area of the water tank 1. The inner surface area of the water tank 1 is an area of the inner surface of the water tank 1, It may mean the bottom area of the water tub 1 in the vertical direction. The term "conforming to the internal area" means that the area has the same or similar size as the area, preferably the area is equal to or slightly smaller than the area, more preferably 80 to 99.9% A size falling within the range is suitable. 2, the upper surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 is substantially attached to each side surface of the water tub 1 or has a predetermined size.

This is because the hemispherical cartridges 2 function to divide the inside of the water tank 1 into an upper part and a lower part and block insects and odors from moving from the lower part to the upper part, So that it can rotate inside. If the top surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 is too small, it is insufficient to block the movement of insects and odors. If the top surface 21 is too large, it can not rotate in the water tank 1 not.

The material and the surface shape of the hemispherical cartridge 2 are not particularly limited, and it is possible to include everything known in the technical field and made of plastics or metals through which rainwater can not pass.

The rotating shaft 3 is coupled to the inside of the water tub 1 through the hemispherical cartridge 2 so that the hemispherical cartridge 2 can be rotated. For this purpose, it is preferable that a rotation shaft insertion hole 31 into which the rotation shaft 3 is inserted is formed on both sides of the inside of the water tub 1. The rotary shaft 3 is horizontally coupled to the inside of the water tub 1 to rotate the hemispherical cartridges 2 to the upper and lower portions of the water tub 1 (front and rear faces in FIG. 1).

The hemispherical cartridge 2 is horizontally coupled to the inside of the water tub 1 by the rotating shaft 3 so that the upper surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 is normally inserted into the water tub 1, The hemispherical cartridge 2 can be rotated in the case where there is another external pressure or force.

Accordingly, in the rainwater collector of the present invention, the pest and odor coming from the sewage pipe are usually blocked by the hemispherical cartridge 2, and when the rainfall occurs, the hemispherical cartridge 2 rotates to facilitate the rainwater runoff to the sewage pipe It can be discharged.

The buoy 4 is installed on one side of the upper surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 so as to be detachable from the hemispherical cartridge 2. The buoy 4 is detachably attached to the hemispherical cartridge 2 by bolts B, To be attached or detached.

The buoy 4 generally refers to a buoy provided at a predetermined position on the water. Since the buoy 4 is provided at the side of the upper surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 as described above and is detachable, It is possible to freely and selectively install various types of buoys 4 having different sizes.

Such a buoy 4 makes the hemispherical cartridge 2 easier to use by buoyancy when the inflow of rainfall runoff at the time of flooding is higher than the amount of water permeated through the hemispherical cartridge 2 and the water becomes floated on top of the hemispherical cartridge 2 And discharges the rainwater runoff at a time.

The collecting net 5 is installed inside the water tub 1 under the hemispherical cartridge 2 and is connected to one side of the water tub 1 to rotate the collecting net 5 about a hinge axis 51 Thereby making it possible to form an opened passage in the water tub 1. The shape and material of the collecting net 5 are not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a lattice-shaped mesh net that can not allow pollutants to pass through. The hinge shaft 51 may be connected to the water tub 1 by a hinge in order to rotate the collecting net 5 and rotated.

The collecting net 5 collects and collects foreign matter such as trash that has been dropped down by the rotation of the hemispherical cartridge 2 during the rainfall. That is, the small waste such as cigarette butts injected into the rainwater collector according to the present invention is prevented from being discharged to the sewer, and when the rainwater collector is cleaned, it is rotated downward with the hinge shaft 51 as an axis, It does. In this way, the collecting net 5 can be freely opened and closed in the water tub 1 by the hinge shaft 51. It is preferable that a handle is additionally provided, though not shown, for convenience of opening and closing.

The guide bar 9 having a length corresponding to the width of the lower surface 22 is provided on the lower surface 22 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 opposite to the upper side of the lower surface 22, So that when the hemispherical cartridge 2 is rotated by the guide bar 9 and passes through the storm, the flow of the storm is naturally guided downward.

4, the swash plate 6 is formed at the upper end of the water tub 1 and can be coupled to the upper end of the water tub 1 by using a hinge. This swash plate 6 prevents waste from accumulating in the space between the hemispherical cartridge 2 and the inner wall surface of the water tub 1. For example, when the swash plate 6 is provided on the upper surface of the water tank 1 on the side where the buoy 4 is formed, trash is accumulated in the space between the buoy 4 and the inner wall surface of the water tank 1, Can be prevented from being disturbed.

In addition, the present invention may further include a support plate 10 formed at an upper end of the water tub 1 in an outward direction. The support plate 10 has a function of allowing the rainwater collector according to the present invention to be easily inserted into the existing roadside structure and then fixed and installed.

At the periphery of the hemispherical cartridge (2), a support portion (7) extending outwardly is provided for eliminating a gap between the hemispherical cartridge (2) and the inner wall surface of the water tank (1) That is, it is preferable that the support portion 7 is provided on the entire or part of the periphery of the upper surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2, and is made of a flexible soft material such as a thin and soft rubber plate or a soft plastic plate. The upper surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 has the effect of extending outwardly by the support portion 7 as described above.

A first stopper 8a and a second stopper 8b are attached to the inner wall surface of the water tub 1 so as to correspond to the support portion 7 and one of the first stoppers 8a is a hemispherical shape And the other second stopper 7a is attached to the upper surface of the other supporting portion 7 extending from the hemispherical cartridge 2 so as to be in close contact with the lower surface of the one supporting portion 7 extending from the cartridge 2 Respectively. Accordingly, the hemispherical cartridge 2 can be rotated only in one direction, and the first stopper 8a and the second stopper 8b can not rotate any more in the other direction.

Since the support portion 7 suspended by the first stopper 8a and the second stopper 8b is made of a soft material as described above, when the hemispherical cartridge 2 is inserted into the water tub 1 and assembled, The first stopper 8a and the second stopper 8b can be easily carried over by the support portion 7 after the hemispherical cartridge 2 is installed. The upper surface and the lower surface of the support portion 7 are respectively hooked to the second stopper 8b so that the horizontal and water tightness can be maintained. That is, the hemispherical cartridge 2 has a function of supporting the hemispherical cartridge 2 by the support 7, the first stopper 8a and the second stopper so that it can be more easily leveled on the inner surface of the water tank 1, There is no space between the cartridge 2 and the inner surface of the water tank 1, and pest and odor substances coming from the bottom can be effectively prevented.

The hemispherical cartridge 2 can be installed in a more airtight contact with the inner surface of the water tank 1 by the support portion 7 so that the hemispherical cartridge 2 can be prevented from rotating in the water tank 1, the frictional force generated when the hemispherical cartridge 2 rotates can be minimized.

The material and the surface shape of the hemispherical cartridge 2 are not particularly limited as described above, but it is preferable that the hemispherical cartridge 2 has a penetration portion that can penetrate through the entirety or at least a part thereof. For example, at least a portion of the upper surface 21 and the lower surface 22 of the hemispherical cartridge 2 may include a mesh net through which the bleed can penetrate. In this case, the hemispherical cartridges (2) can minimize pests and odors coming from the lower part during non-rainfall, and it is possible to naturally lower the rainwater downward at the beginning of rainfall.

As shown in FIG. 4, the hemispherical cartridge 2 is preferably provided with a filter medium 13 capable of adsorbing non-point pollutants. That is, the hemispherical cartridges 2 are filled with a porous material such as a cloth, paper, metal mesh, sand, charcoal or the like in which a lot of small holes are drilled, and preferably sand, , Clay, and the like. The outer shape of the hemispherical cartridge 2 may be surrounded by a nonwoven fabric so that the filter material 13 does not flow out. The present invention is characterized in that it includes the cartridge 2 filled with the filter material 13 at the upper end of the water tank 1 so that the filter material 13 can increase the pollutant- Furthermore, the filter material 13 is mounted in the structure of the cartridge 2 to facilitate maintenance.

In the present invention, at least a part of the hemispherical cartridge 2 includes the rainwater penetration portion such as a mesh net, and the filter material 13 is filled in the hemisphere cartridge 2, It is possible to adsorb and remove the nonpoint pollutants and odor substances contained in the initial flush at the time of rainfall.

4, the support portion may include a first support portion 7a and a second support portion 7b coupled to both sides of the upper surface 21 of the hemispherical cartridge 2. In this case, A first stopper 8a and a second stopper 8b are positioned on the first support portion 7a and the second support portion 7b and are attached to the inner wall surface of the water tub 1, respectively.

The first supporting portion 7a and the second supporting portion 7b are the supporting portions 7 as described above and are specifically formed in the direction opposite to the surface of the water tub 1,

When the first support portion 7a and the second support portion 7b are formed only on both edges of the hemispherical cartridge 2, the first stopper 8a is disposed on the first support portion 7a, And the stopper 8b is disposed below the second supporting portion 7b. That is, the first stopper 8a and the second stopper 8b are provided in the rotating direction of the hemispherical cartridge 2. [ Thus, the first stopper 8a and the second stopper 8b function to support the first support portion 7a and the second support portion 7b as much as possible from each other so as not to slip easily, It can block insects and odors more effectively.

Furthermore, the first stopper 8a and the second stopper 8b may be positioned at different heights in the water tub 1. 4, when the second stopper 8b is disposed at a higher position than the first stopper 8a, the contact between the second support portion 7b and the second stopper 8b is further strengthened by gravity Thereby securing airtightness. That is, the hemispherical cartridges 2 are tilted from the delivery side (the second stopper 8b side in Fig. 4) to the driveway side (the first stopper 8a side in Fig. 4) By providing the stoppers 8a and the second stoppers 8b, the possibility of rotation of the hemispherical cartridges 2 is minimized, so that insects and odors can be blocked more effectively.

FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view for explaining an example of a state in which a rainwater reservoir having a rotary cartridge according to the present invention is operated in a non-stormwater wastewater, FIG. 6 is an example of a state in which a rainwater reservoir having a rotary type cartridge according to the present invention is operated at the beginning of rainfall FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view for explaining an example of a state in which the rain gutters having the rotary type cartridge according to the present invention operate in the middle of a rainfall, FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view for explaining the rain gutters having the rotary type cartridge of the present invention Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view for explaining an example of a state of rotating by buoyancy;

First, as shown in Fig. 5, when the rain does not come, the hemispherical cartridge 2 of the present invention is uniformly positioned inside the water tub 1 covering the inflow portion 11 by the lid 14 in the form of a lattice, It is more secure to adsorb pests and odors by the filter material 13 when the filter material 13 is filled in the hemispherical cartridge 2 by blocking insects and odors generated in the sewer pipe by keeping the airtight state by gravity .

6, since the inflow amount of the rainwater effluent flowing into the water tank 1 of the present invention through the inflow section 11 is smaller than that of the hemispherical cartridge 2 at the beginning of the rainfall period, ) Does not rotate, and contaminants or rainwater accumulate thereon. It is also possible for rainwater to pass through the hemispherical cartridge 2 to filter and adsorb non-point pollutants. At this time, when the filter material 13 is filled in the hemispherical cartridge 2, filtration and adsorption of contaminants are more reliably achieved.

7, the inflow amount of the rainwater run-off water flowing into the water tank 1 of the present invention through the inflow section 11 becomes larger than the water permeation amount of the hemispherical cartridge 2 during the middle of the rainfall or during the flood, As shown in FIG. 8, the hemispherical cartridge 2 is rotated in one direction by gravity and buoyancy to secure a sufficient cross-sectional area of water, and the rainfall flowing through the discharge portion 12 flows out to the sewage pipe. At this time, since the lower and upper portions of the support portion 7 are in close contact with the first stopper 8a and the second stopper 8b, respectively, the hemispherical cartridge 2 can rotate only in one direction, Is kept limited and horizontal and airtight.

When the rainwater passes through the hemispherical cartridge 2, buoyancy is induced in the hemispherical cartridge 2 through temporary immersion by the buoy 4 installed in a proper shape according to proper installation conditions, (2) in one direction to discharge the effluent to the sewage pipe. At this time, the foreign substances such as the garbage on the hemispherical cartridge 2 are collected in the collection net 5 provided at the lower end thereof, and the collected foreign substances are separated from the sewer pipe only by the water tank 1 when the sewer is maintained, The net 5 is rotated and then discharged down to be removed.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the details given herein, It is needless to say that various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the present invention.
