An extension part formed integrally with the head part and inserted into the insertion hole of the plastic panel;
The head portion and the extension portion are formed with threaded portions that penetrate through the center in the longitudinal direction and engage with the bolts,
Wherein the extension portion is formed with a cut-out portion cut in the longitudinal direction and an end portion protruding outwardly from the end portion to engage with an edge of the insertion hole.
