1 is a block diagram showing a calculation apparatus of the present invention.

1 may include an input unit 110, an extraction unit 130, a display unit 150, and a calculation unit 170. [

The input unit 110 receives product information input by the user. The input unit 110 may include hardware input means such as a keyboard and a mouse, a product information menu displayed on the display and written through the input means, and the like.

The product information may include the appearance of the product 10 and the dimensions of the product.

The appearance of the product may include the type of the product and the accessories attached to the product. For example, when a storage unit is input with information related to the type of product, the number of shelves entering the storage unit, the presence or absence of the base unit, and the height of the base unit can be input. The type of the product can be presented as a photograph of each product, and the user can select the type of the product indicated by the target photograph by selecting a specific photograph through the input unit.

The dimensions of the product may include the width, height, and depth of the product.

When the product information is input, the extracting unit 130 can extract the part plate material 30 necessary for manufacturing the product using the product information. The component plate 30 may be a plate made of various materials such as wood, metal, paper, and the like.

The extraction of the component plate member 30 may be performed by calculating the number of the component plate members 30 or by calculating the dimension of each component plate member 30.

Specifically, the extracting unit 130 can calculate the number of parts plates 30 by analyzing the external shape of the product. Further, the extraction unit 130 can calculate the dimensions of each component plate 30 by analyzing the external shape of the product and the dimensions of the product.

2 is a schematic diagram showing an input unit 110 constituting the calculation apparatus of the present invention.

The product information menu may be displayed on the display by the input unit 110. [ For example, a menu for selecting the type of product 'built-in cabinet', 'sink unit', and 'cabinet' is provided to the input unit 110.

When a storage space is selected as a product type, a menu for inputting the dimensions of the storage space and the accessories forming the storage space can be provided to the input unit 110. [ Width, height and depth corresponding to the dimension of the storage space are entered through the menu. Whether or not the rack base corresponding to the storage enclosure is installed (can be selected by a check box, etc.), the number of shelves, , The thickness of the accessory plate can be input.

The extracting unit 130 analyzes the kind of the product and its accessories to simulate the product as shown in FIG.

3 is a schematic view showing a product simulated by the extracting unit 130 constituting the calculating apparatus of the present invention. 3, the storage unit simulated by the extracting unit 130 is started based on the product information input to the input unit 110. FIG. Fig. 3 (a) is a front view of the storage unit, and Fig. 3 (b) is a side view of the storage unit.

3, the y-axis direction is the width of the product, the z-axis direction is the product height, and the x-axis direction is the product depth.

The extracting unit 130 that has acquired the product information in a state that the product type is a storage space and a shelf, a moped tray, and a door is attached as an accessory, can simulate a storage space as shown in FIG. The outline of the storage unit simulated by the extraction unit 130 may be displayed through the display unit 150. [ Accordingly, the user can easily recognize the type of the selected product and the type of the attached item.

The extracting unit 130 analyzes the corresponding storage space and analyzes the corresponding storage space to form two side boards 11, one back board 12, two doors 13, one baseboard 14, a shelf 15, Two pieces of upper and lower plates 16 are required, and a total of 10 pieces of plate materials 30 can be calculated.

The extracting unit 130 may calculate the dimensions of each part plate 30 by analyzing the external shape of the product and the dimensions of the product.

For example, since the width of the product is 400 mm through the input unit 110, the length of the x-axis of the side plate forming the side of the product can be set to 400 mm. However, when the door is added as an accessory, it is necessary to set the x-axis length of the side plate in consideration of the thickness of the door.

The first plate and the second plate may be in a first position in the product, such as a side plate and a door, wherein the plate members 30 contact each other. At this time, the extraction unit 130 may set the value obtained by subtracting the thickness x2 of the second plate from the dimension xt of the first position to the dimension x1 of the first plate.

In the above example, the first plate is a side plate and the second plate is a door. The side plate occupies the side surface which is the first position of the product, and the dimension of the first position is 400 mm in the x-axis direction. The extraction unit 130 can set 382 mm, which is obtained by subtracting 18 mm (the plate thickness inputted from the input unit 110), which is the thickness of the door at 400 mm, which is the dimension of the side face, to the x-axis dimension of the side plate.

Accordingly, when the door is set as an accessory, the extraction unit 130 automatically calculates the size of the side plate. Accordingly, the user may provide the component plate 30 having the size of the side plate calculated by the extraction unit 130.

The extracting unit 130 may assign the position of the component plate 30 to the component plate 30 that is captured through analysis of information of the product. In the preceding storage unit, the extracting unit 130 calculates a total of 10 parts plate materials 30 through information analysis of the product. The extracting unit 130 may assign an identifier indicating a position in the product such as a 'side plate' to the component plate 30 having the dimension of the side plate. Likewise, the identifiers of the back plate, door, racket, shelf, and upper and lower plates can be assigned to the remaining parts plate members 30, respectively.

The display unit 150 can display each part plate 30 calculated by the extracting unit 130. [ At this time, the display unit 150 can display each of the component plates 30 by using the position given to each component plate 30.

Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing the display unit 150 constituting the calculation apparatus of the present invention.

The display unit 150 may be data displayed on the display screen.

The display unit 150 is provided with an area in which each of the identifiers assigned to the component plate 30 is divided and displayed in the form of a side plate, a back plate, a door, a slat bottom, a shelf, , And the parts plate material 30 to which the 'side plate' identifier is assigned in the 'side plate' region can be displayed separately.

In addition, the display unit 150 can display dimensions 382, 700, 498, 696, .. of the component parts 30 in the respective areas.

On the other hand, each component plate 30 may be provided by cutting the original plate 20 of the initial size. Therefore, if the user inputs a dimension exceeding the standard of the circular plate 20, it may be difficult to manufacture an actual product later.

In view of this, the input unit 110 may provide an input range of product dimensions. Referring to FIG. 2, '200 to 1200' shown next to 'width' corresponds to the input range. The input range is provided so that the user can easily recognize that the input must be made within the range. The input range at this time can be calculated by the extraction unit 130.

The extraction unit 130 can calculate the upper limit value of the input range using the initial specification of the circular plate 20. Further, the extracting unit 130 can calculate the lower limit value of the input range by using the external form of the product. For example, in a case of a cabinet, when the width is less than 200 mm, the utilization value sharply decreases. Such a threshold value can be used as a lower limit value of the input range.

According to the embodiment, when the initial specification of the original plate 20 is changed or the kind of the product is changed, the input range provided by the input unit 110 is also changed. According to this, if the user performs input only satisfying the input range, it is possible to confirm the parts plate material 30 that is easy to produce the product. In other words, a user who wants to know the number and dimensions of the component plate members 30 can acquire the information without considering the size of the circular plate member 20, the minimum usable dimensions for each product type, and the like.

On the other hand, the extraction unit 130 may cut the original plate 20 of the initial standard and set the cutting policy in consideration of the case where the corresponding part plate 30 is obtained.

5 is a schematic view showing a cutting policy of the circular plate member 20 in the extraction unit 130 according to the present invention.

Specifically, the extraction unit 130 can divide the circular plate 20 into a plurality of regions of the same standard. The cutting line 21 for obtaining the component sheet material 30 can be set in the minimum number of regions that satisfy the component sheet member 30. [ At this time, the standard of each region may be more than the minimum standard of the component plate 30 such that the remaining region of the circular plate 20 without the cutting line 21 is used as the component plate 30 of another product.

As an example, it is assumed that the initial specifications of the disk 20 have dimensions of width i and length j. The extraction unit 130 divides the circular plate 20 into four regions 1, 2, 3, and 4 by two intersecting lines (indicated by dotted lines) crossing the center of the circular plate 20.

At this time, when the cutting line 21 for obtaining the component plate material 30 of length 3 / 4i is formed over the areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 as shown in FIG. 5A, It is also difficult to use the remaining portion of the plate 30 other than the plate 30 as the other plate 30. That is, if the cutting line 21 is formed in any way, the space utilization of the circular plate 20 is lowered.

In order to prevent this, the extracting unit 130 compares the dimension of the component plate 30 with the dimension of each area. At this time, the dimensions of each area are 1 / 2i in width and 1 / 2j in length. Since the dimension of the component plate member 30 is 3 / 4i, it can not be satisfied with one region. Next, the extracting unit 130 selects two regions in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. As a result of the analysis, the sum of the two regions 1 and 2 connected in the transverse direction satisfies the dimension of the component plate member 30, so that the cutting line 21 is divided into two regions 1 and 2, . According to this, since the cutting lines 21 are not included in at least two areas 3 and 4, the corresponding areas 3 and 4 can be used for manufacturing the other part plate materials 30.

At this time, the extraction unit 130 can set the cutting line 21 at a position where the component plate 30 can be obtained with a minimum number of cuttings. 5 (a), when the cutting line 21 is formed so that a part of the part plate member 30 is aligned with the side of the circular plate member 20 as shown in FIG. 5 (b) The number of cuts is reduced by two. At the same time, since the area remaining after cutting the component plate 30 in the regions 1 and 2 is large, there is a high possibility of being utilized for manufacturing other component members.

1, the calculating unit 170 may calculate the price of the parts plate 30 extracted by the extracting unit 130. [ According to the extraction unit 130, the number of the component plates 30 and the dimensions of the component plates 30 required to complete the product are obtained. Therefore, the calculating unit 170 can calculate the price according to the dimension for each part plate material.

The price of the part plate material 30 calculated by the calculation unit 170 may be provided to the user through the display unit 150. [

It is recommended that the price of the component plate 30 be reasonably set. A reasonable price can be an amount that both the buyer of the plate and the seller of the plate can agree.

For example, a purchaser who purchases only a part of the circular plate material 20 as a material with the part plate material 30 desires to pay only the amount corresponding to the area of the part plate material 30 from the price of the circular plate material 20 can do. On the other hand, the seller may wish to charge the price of the circular plate 20 because it is difficult to fully use the circular plate 20 that has been cut to obtain the part plate 30.

As a method for price compromise between the buyer and the seller, the extracting unit 130 can divide the original plate to be cut of the component plate into a plurality of virtual areas having the same dimensions. At this time, each region formed with the same standard may be at least the dimension for forming one of the parts plate materials. The price of the part plate material calculated by the calculation unit 170 may be determined by the number of regions used for manufacturing the product.

For example, the case of FIG. 5 is assumed. If we look at the original plate, we divide the original plate into four areas ①, ②, ③, and ④, and ① and ② are used to form the plate ⓐ.

The calculating unit 170 can calculate the price of the area of the area (1) and the area of the area (2) instead of calculating the price equivalent to the area occupied by the parts plate in the area of the original plate. According to this, the half price of the original plate material is set by the price of the part plate material ⓐ, so that both the seller and the buyer can be satisfied.

When the area is n (where n is a natural number) in the production of the part plate, the price of the part plate may be the area ratio of the n areas in the original plate multiplied by the price of the original plate. For example, in the above example, the area ratio of the area 1 and the area 2 used in the production of the part plate material a is 1/2 of the area of the original plate material. Therefore, if the price of the original plate is 52300, the price of the part plate a can be calculated as 52300 * 1/2 = 26150.

The calculating unit 170 may calculate the price of the component plate in various other ways. For example, the calculating unit 170 can set a unit price in each area. And the price of the component plate can be calculated by multiplying the number of the regions where the component plate can be provided by the unit price. In the above example, 13075 is set as the unit price in each area of ①, ②, ③, ④, and 13075 * 2 = 26150 can be calculated because two areas, ① area and ② area, are used for manufacturing the component plate a. have.

The price of the original plate can be changed according to the kind of the original plate, and the kind of the original plate can be selected by the user.

The process of determining the price of the part plate material using each area in the calculation unit 170 may be provided to the purchaser through the display unit 150. [ If the calculation unit 170 provides a plurality of calculation methods, the purchaser can select the calculation method.

On the other hand, the calculating unit 170 can correct the price of the component plate using the turntable excluding the component plate from the original plate.

Specifically, at least one of the plurality of regions set in the original plate may be a use region in which the component plate is provided. At this time, the calculating unit 170 can correct the price of the component plate using the component area excluding the component plate in each use area.

In the case of FIG. 5, since the component plate material a is formed by using the two areas, 1) and 2) are used. If the price of the used area is calculated as the price of the part plate ⓐ, the buyer can be complained about the remaining area which is used to form the part plate a in the use area. In order to solve this problem, the calculation unit 170 may correct the price of the component plate using the tactile area. In FIG. 5, the tracing area may be an area obtained by subtracting a part used as a part plate material a in the area (1) and an area minus a part used as a part plate material a in the area (2).

At this time, the price correction of the part plate may be the subtraction of the amount corresponding to the pitch area from the price of the part plate determined by the number of areas. Specifically, when a price determined by the number of regions used for manufacturing a product is referred to as a first price, and a price determined as a cornering area excluding a part plate in each use area is referred to as a second price, 1 may be the price minus the second price.

To prevent excessive damage to the seller, the second price may be less than the first price. For example, in FIG. 5, one of the use areas is examined. ① If the price of the area is 13075, and the part plate ⓐ occupies 20% of the area ①, the ugly plate in the ① area occupies 80%. In this case, 13075 * 0.8 * 0.7 = 7322 can be calculated by multiplying the above value by 0.7, which is larger than 0 and smaller than 1, instead of 13075 * 0.8 = 10460 as the second price. According to this, the satisfaction of the buyer can be maximized while reducing the damage of the seller.

In order to satisfy both the buyer and the seller, the extracting unit 130 may utilize the space of the circular plate as much as possible.

For example, it is assumed that the component plate includes a first plate and a second plate to be cut from the original plate.

In this case, when the extracting unit 130 divides the original plate into a plurality of regions of the same standard, at least one of the plurality of regions may be a first use region in which the first plate is provided. At this time, the extracting unit 130 may allocate the second plate to the spare area excluding the first plate in each first use area. If the spare area is not suitable for allocation of the second plate, for example, when the size of the spare area is smaller than the size of the second plate, the second plate may be allocated to the new area among the plurality of areas.

If the first plate and the second plate are allocated together in the first use area, the fingerprint area becomes an area obtained by subtracting the first plate and the second plate from each other in the first use area. If only the first plate is assigned to the first use area and the second plate is assigned to another area, the fingerprint area becomes an area obtained by subtracting the first plate from the first use area. An area obtained by subtracting the second plate from another area to which the second plate is allocated also becomes a squint area.

On the other hand, the first plate is assigned to the original plate before the second plate, and the area of the first plate is preferably equal to or larger than the area of the second plate. According to this, since the cutting line for obtaining a large-sized part plate material is set in the original plate, it is possible to easily allocate the part plate materials having different areas to the original plate material.

While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
