Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mask pack using a cellulose sheet and a manufacturing method thereof.
Generally, a micro-organism cellulose cultured to a thickness of 2 to 20 mm using a microorganism belonging to the genus Acetobacter, Rizobium, or Agrobacterium is pressed to produce a wet sheet having a thickness of 0.2 to 2 mm to provide a mask pack or an image processing agent Technology is known as a domestic patent registration No. 10-0405776. However, since the compression means is made of a sponge or a cotton towel, the compression efficiency is not constant, and the thickness at the time of culturing is not constant, so that it is difficult to obtain a uniform thickness.
In addition, it is cultured to a thickness of 20 to 35 mm to form a cellulose ingot, it is cut into a cellulose sheet having a thickness of 3 to 5 mm, dehydrated to a thickness of 0.005 to 0.06 mm while passing between upper and lower rollers, And then packed in the form of a mask pack and then packaged is known as Domestic Patent Registration No. 10-0573906 and Test No. 842 of 2006. This is the same as in Figure 1 except that the gel- Cellulose masses are cut into sheet-like thicknesses through an automated manufacturing system to prepare cellulose sheet products such as high-quality cellulose food, mask packs, defoamers for image processing and diaphragm for loudspeakers, In order to significantly reduce the production cost compared to the technology,
The
The
The
The
The
However, such dehydrated cellulose sheet is so thin that the defective rate is high and the cooling effect is poor. In addition, since the paper is used, the cost is increased.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated sheet by transferring a cellulose sheet from upper and lower surfaces to upper and lower nonwoven fabrics so as to form a dehydrated sheet in a conveying stopped state, , It is possible to manufacture a mask pack which can perform uniform dewatering and cutting by uniformly performing the entire surface of the sheet by synchronizing the stop period with the conveying cycle for making the folded sheet after carrying it again after wrapping A mask pack using the cellulose sheet and a manufacturing method thereof.
