Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a trolley device.
Due to rapid international industrialization and industrial development, the use of global resources such as petroleum is gradually increasing, and thus the stable production and supply of crude oil is becoming a very important issue on a global scale.
For this reason, the development of marginal fields or deep-sea oil wells, which had been neglected due to economic difficulties, has become economical in recent years. Therefore, along with the development of submarine mining technology, drilling facilities suitable for the development of such oil fields A drilling rig equipped with a hull has been developed.
A BOP is used to prevent a BLOW OVER phenomenon due to irregular pressure fluctuations generated in the subsea well WELL. Typically, the drill ship includes a trolley on which a non-op (BOP) is mounted in the process of installing a non-op (BOP). The trolley moves forward and backward along the platform with the BOP mounted.
Conventionally, a rolling motion occurred in the process of moving the trolley forward and backward along the portal. Such rolling motion can cause collision between the trolley and the hull, which can damage the trolley, the bop mounted on the trolley, and the hull.
An embodiment of the present invention is intended to provide a trolley apparatus in which rolling sway is prevented.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a trolley apparatus having a non-opaque (BOP) mounted thereon and moving back and forth along a doorway of a drill ship, wherein a bottom portion, on which the non- ; And a lateral rocking preventing device interposed between an outer wall of the trolley body and an inner wall of the doorpane so as to prevent the trolley body from rolling in the interior of the doorpipe.
The anti-rocking device includes: an extension member extending from the trolley body toward the inner side wall; And a rolling member rotatably installed at an end of the extension member.
In the above-mentioned anti-rocking device, the rolling member may come in contact with the inner side wall or with a rail extending in the moving direction of the trolling body and provided on the inner side wall.
Wherein the anti-rocking device comprises: an extension member extending downward from the trolley body and supported by a projecting member protruding from the inner side wall to the center of the door frame; And a rolling member rotatably installed at an end of the extension member.
The above-mentioned anti-rocking device may be elastically moved in a process of preventing rolling of the trolley body.
The anti-rocking device may be hinged to be folded or unfolded relative to the trolley body.
The anti-rocking device may be accommodated in a receiving groove formed in the trolley body when the trolley body is folded.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the rolling prevention device is interposed between the trolley body and the inner wall of the door frame, thereby preventing damage due to collision of the trolley body and the hull.
