상기한 본 발명의 계단에서 가방(1)의 운송을 용이하게 하는 핸드레일 걸이 장치 용도를 여행가방(1)용으로 예를 들어 설명하였으나, 이와 유사한 형태의 가방(1)에도 사용할 수 있으며, 다른 용도의 운송수단에 사용되더라도 본 발명에 의한 가방(1)의 운송을 용이하게 하는 핸드레일 걸이 장치와 유사 내지 동일하다면 본 발명의 권리범위에 속함이 당연하다 할 것이다.

여행용 가방(1)에 쓰이는 밴드(2)에 장착되어 사용되는 것으로,
플라스틱 소재로 된 긴 사각 바 형태로 형성된 결합부재(10);
상기 결합부재(10)의 양측단부에 설치되어 상기 밴드(2)가 체결되는 체결부(11);
상기 결합부재(10)의 일측에 설치되며 상기 밴드(2)로 묶은 가방를 계단의 핸드레일(200)에 걸 수 있도록 후크형태인 금속 또는 플라스틱 소재로 형성된 걸이구(12);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드레일 걸이 장치.
