Abstract

According to the present invention, the present invention sets previously the target and the situation and recognizes the target or the situation set through image recognition in real time so as to obtain an effect of individualizing one or more image processing devices by sharing an alarm method and recognition data by using local area network and securing the stabilization of data by using an existing resource.
