Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
A tablet is a combination of the portability of a personal digital assistant (PDA) and the function of a notebook. It has a built-in touch screen that can execute a program embedded in the tablet using a finger or a touch pen. It is a mobile device that can access the Internet from any place through communication module. Like a regular PC, these tablets can produce content such as documents, and can play multimedia data such as video, music, and games.
Such a tablet is often used by being attached to a protective case of a book cover type. Such a conventional tablet protection case can be used as a tablet unfolded like a book, and has a separate keyboard for controlling the tablet by user input.
However, the conventional tablet protective case has a holder for standing up the tablet. When the user touches the touch screen of the tablet after setting the tablet to the stand-by state, the tablet does not firmly support the tablet, There was a serious shaking problem. As described above, since the touch input is not properly performed, the conventional tablet protection case has a problem that the usability of the product is remarkably deteriorated.
In order to solve the above-described problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tablet stand device which firmly supports the cover part during a touch input through a touch screen of the tablet.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tablet dispenser comprising: a cover part in which a tablet is detachably mounted; A keyboard unit receiving a user command for controlling the tablet mounted on the cover unit; A flexible hinge having one end fixed to the cover part and the other end fixed to the keyboard part so as to connect the cover part and the keyboard part in a foldable manner; And a support part having one end connected to the keyboard part and supporting the cover part at a predetermined angle.
The cover may press the flexible hinge so that a tension is formed on the flexible hinge when the cover is erected at a preset angle. In this case, the cover portion may be formed with a pressing portion that curves inward of the cover portion so that a part of the side to which one end of the flexible hinge is connected presses one side of the flexible hinge.
The cover portion may include a first fixing member for fixing one end of the flexible hinge to the cover portion.
The first fixing member may be fused to a plurality of protrusions of the cover portion passing through one end of the flexible hinge.
And the outline of the first fixing member is located inside the outline of the pressing portion.
The flexible hinge may be made of a flexible synthetic resin material, for example, a polyurethane resin.
One end of the support part may be fixed to the keyboard part. In this case, it is preferable that the other end of the flexible hinge is fixed to the keyboard unit by the second fixing member together with the one end of the support unit. The second fixing member may be fused to a plurality of protrusions of the keyboard unit that penetrate the other end of the flexible hinge and one end of the support unit. The support portion may be integrally formed at one end with the other end of the flexible hinge extending.
It is also possible that one end of the support portion is fixed to the cover portion. In this case, the cover portion may include a first fixing member for fixing one end of the flexible hinge to the cover portion, and the first fixing member may include one end of the flexible hinge and a plurality of the cover portions As shown in Fig.
The keyboard unit may have a plurality of protrusions passing through the other end of the flexible hinge and the other end of the flexible hinge may be fixed to the keyboard unit by a second fixing member fused with a plurality of protrusions of the keyboard unit.
The supporting portion may be integrally formed by extending one end of the flexible hinge at one end.
The support portion may be detachably attached to the outer surface of the cover portion by a magnetic force.
The supporting portion may be bent in multiple stages. In this case, the support portion includes first to third portions that are sequentially disposed from one end to the other end and are bent to each other, and the third portion corresponding to the other end of the first to third portions A plurality of magnets may be disposed, and the cover portion may include first to third magnetic bodies disposed at positions corresponding to the first to third portions of the support portion, respectively.
The third portion may include a fourth magnetic body for enhancing the magnetic force of the plurality of magnets.
The cover portion may include a plurality of magnets, and a plurality of magnets provided in the cover portion may be disposed together with at least one of the first to third magnetic bodies.
The cover portion may include a plurality of magnets attached and fixed to the second and third magnetic bodies, respectively.
It is preferable that a plurality of magnets attached to the third magnetic body of the cover portion and a plurality of magnets embedded in the third portion of the support portion are arranged at positions corresponding to each other.
Each of the first to third portions may have a reinforcing plate for holding a shape.
The cover portion may have a groove on an outer surface thereof to receive the support portion.
The support portion includes an inner skin and an outer skin having areas corresponding to each other, and the inner skin and the outer skin are preferably made of a synthetic resin material having flexibility. In this case, the inner skin and the outer skin may be made of polyurethane.
The keyboard unit may include a communication module for wireless communication with the tablet.
The keyboard unit may further include an interface unit to which the tablet is connected by wire. The interface unit may include a flexible wiring that is drawn out from the keyboard unit and disposed along the inside of the flexible hinge, and a connection terminal connected to the flexible wiring and disposed outside the flexible hinge.
The cover portion may include a hard case made of a synthetic resin material. In this case, the hard case is preferably made of an epoxy resin.
