Description
The present invention relates to a cable drum height adjustment device and method, and more particularly, to a cable drum height adjustment device and method for adjusting a height of a drum on which a cable is wound.
Generally, communication cable, electric wire, etc. are transported and transported in a state of being wound around a drum made of wood for a temporary work, and are installed while releasing from a drum at a work point.
These drums are not only considerable in weight because they are wrapped around the cable, but also have a large volume so that it is not easy to untie the cable. Various types of unwinding apparatuses are used so that the drum is freely rotated in a state in which the drum is placed at an appropriate height.
Such a releasing device includes a stand-type release stand, which fixes a pedestal supporting the fixing rods between the two vertical supports. In addition, the other type of pulleys are vertically supported by the outer frame and the inner frame, and the inner frame is height-adjusted according to the operation of the hydraulic jack.
Such a stand-type pull-off frame has a latch and a pawl structure, requiring a great deal of effort by the operator, thereby causing musculoskeletal disorders in the worker. In addition, when the stand-type release ladder does not work well, the cable is being unloaded using materials such as scaffolding.
Since the hydraulic jack is adjusted only at a height of approximately 200 mm, which is the height of the stroke, the height of adjustment is very limited, and the height required in actual field requires height adjustment from 500 to 1,500 mm.

In addition, although the height of the screw can be adjusted by rotating the height adjustment nut according to the prior art 2, since the length of the support portion and the screw is limited to a predetermined length and the height adjustment nut must be rotated, There was a problem that it was difficult to maintain.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a cable drum height adjusting device and a method of adjusting the height of a cable drum that can adjust the height of a pedestal with a height required in the field.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a cable drum height adjusting device which is made up of a rack and a pinion and is easily adjustable in height, and a method of adjusting the height of the cable drum.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a cable drum height adjustment device and a method of adjusting the height of the cable drum, wherein the cable drum height adjustment is performed by rack and pinion and the jack is adjusted to the second height.
In order to achieve the above object, a cable drum height adjusting device according to the present invention comprises a pair of fixing members having a predetermined height and a rack formed on an inner side thereof, a first height adjusting unit And a second height adjusting means fixed to the upper surface of the first elevating means and lifted and raised at a predetermined height.

As described above, according to the height adjustment device for a cable drum according to the present invention, the first height adjustment means can be raised and lowered to a height required in the field, and the cable drum is supported at a proper height. Thus, it is possible to obtain an effect that the work of releasing the cable can be satisfactorily performed.
According to the method for adjusting the height of the cable drum according to the present invention, the height can be easily adjusted by the first height adjusting means, and the height can be accurately adjusted by the second height adjusting means.
