Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present disclosure relates to a packaging box, for example, a packaging box that can fold a side plate portion with a bottom portion or a cover portion.
A packaging box is used for distribution of various articles such as household articles such as household appliances and communication equipment, and agricultural products. The packaging box forms a certain size of space to accommodate these items. After the article is stored and transported, the packaging box having an empty space in the interior has an unnecessarily large volume, which may increase the cost of logistics. The packaging box made of paper can be folded in the form of a flat plate, and when it is not used for storing and transporting articles, it can be folded into a flat plate shape, thereby reducing the volume. However, due to the nature of the paper material, reuse is limited, which can increase the cost of manufacturing the packaging box and protecting the environment.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The present disclosure seeks to provide a foldable packaging box that is simple in structure and easily foldable through various embodiments.
The present disclosure seeks to provide a foldable packaging box that is foldable and easy to reduce in volume through various embodiments.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present disclosure seeks to provide a foldable packaging box that can reduce logistics costs by easily reducing volume through various embodiments.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present disclosure seeks to provide a foldable packaging box which, through various embodiments, enables partial replacement, thereby reducing manufacturing / maintenance / repair costs.
A foldable packaging box according to various embodiments of the present disclosure includes: a bottom member; At least one first side plate member rotatably coupled to the bottom member; And at least one second side plate member rotatably coupled to the bottom member while being supported by the first side plate member,
When the second side plate member is pivoted and folded to the bottom member, the first side plate member can be turned and folded to the bottom member with the second side plate member interposed therebetween.
In some embodiments, the first and second side plate members can be held in an upright state by supporting each other in an upright state from the bottom member.
In some embodiments, the first and second side plate members are arranged in pairs, respectively, and alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the bottom member.
In one embodiment, the foldable packaging box comprises: a support hole formed in the first side plate member; And a pivot pin extending from the second side plate member,
The pivot pin may be rotatably supported on the bottom member across the first side plate member through the support hole.
In some embodiments, the foldable carton includes: at least one first slot formed on an inner surface of the first side plate member; And at least one second coupling protrusion formed on an outer surface of the second side plate member,
When the first and second side plate members are folded to the bottom member, the second coupling protrusion can be engaged with the first slot.
In another embodiment, when the second side plate member is upright from the bottom member, the second coupling protrusion can be engaged with the bottom member.
In one embodiment, the foldable packaging box further comprises: hinge arms extending from both side edges of the inner side of the first side plate member; And hinge projections each extending in a direction away from each of the hinge arms,
Each of the hinge projections can be rotatably engaged with the bottom member.
In some embodiments, the foldable packaging box further comprises at least one first coupling protrusion formed on an outer surface of the first side plate member,
When the first side plate member is upright from the bottom member, the first coupling protrusion can be engaged with the bottom member.
In some embodiments, the foldable packaging box may further include a cover member which is opposed to the bottom member with the first and second side plate members interposed therebetween.
In another embodiment, the folding carton further comprises a second side plate groove formed on an inner surface of the lid member, and when the first and second side plate members are upright, the first and second side plate members Can be at least partly engaged with the second side plate groove.
