Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a wheel loader having a dump impact mitigating member,

The present invention relates to a wheel loader, and more particularly, to a wheel loader having a dump shock mitigation member capable of mitigating an impact generated between a bucket stopper and a bucket stopper at the time of dump.

Generally, a wheel loader is mainly used for excavating or transporting soil, aggregate, and stone in civil engineering and construction work, or for moving hay, waste, scrap, or towing a weight.

For this purpose, the wheel loader has a boom and a bucket driven by hydraulic pressure generated by a hydraulic pump utilizing the power of the engine

However, in the case of carrying out the loading and unloading operations of the soil, the dump speed is affected by the self weight of the bucket because the capacity of the bucket is large.

Particularly, after the dump, the bucket strongly collides with the boom, which causes the driver to feel severe vibration, resulting in poor workability of the driver and a risk of safety of the driver.

Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2008-0050011 (Title: Boom Lift Limit Device of Wheel Loader)

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a wheel loader having a dump impact mitigating member capable of mitigating an impact generated between a bucket stopper and a bucket stopper during a dump.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a wheel loader comprising: a wheel loader main body; A boom cylinder connected to the wheel loader main body and moved up and down; A boom unit which is moved up and down by the movement of the boom cylinder; A bucket connected to and moved to the boom unit for excavating, conveying, or discharging the contents; A bucket cylinder connected to the wheel loader main body and moved up and down; A link unit connecting the bucket cylinder and the bucket and rotating the bucket according to movement of the bucket cylinder; A bucket stopper installed on the boom unit to limit rotational movement of the bucket; And a dump impact mitigation member provided on the rear surface of the bucket or on the outer surface of the bucket stopper to mitigate an impact generated when the bucket and the bucket stopper collide after the dump of the contents Provides a wheel loader.

The dump impact mitigating member may include an air damper installed on the rear surface of the bucket for alleviating impact when the bucket and the bucket stopper collide with each other during the collision.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the dump impact mitigating member according to the present invention may include an impact-absorbing sheet attached on the rear surface of the bucket to absorb impact generated when the bucket and the bucket stopper collide with each other.

The wheel loader having the dump impact mitigating member according to the present invention can effectively reduce the impact between the bucket and the bucket stopper by providing the dump impact mitigating member on the rear surface of the bucket to improve the workability of the driver, So that it is possible to operate the motor.

1 is a view showing a wheel loader according to the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a portion of the wheel loader of Fig. 1 where the dump impact mitigation member is installed. Fig.
Fig. 3 is a side view of a portion of the wheel loader of Fig. 1 where the dump impact mitigating member is installed. Fig.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention in which the above objects can be specifically realized will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In describing the present embodiment, the same designations and the same reference numerals are used for the same components, and additional description thereof will be omitted in the following.

The wheel loader according to the present invention includes a wheel loader body 10, a boom cylinder 30, a boom unit 60, a bucket 70, a bucket cylinder 40, a link unit 50, a bucket stopper 80, Member (100).

A control unit (not shown) for operating the boom cylinder 30 and the bucket cylinder 40 is provided in the wheel loader body 10 to control the movement of the bucket 70.

A wheel 20 for moving the wheel loader body 10 is provided at a lower portion of the wheel loader body 10.

One side of the boom cylinder 30 is connected to the wheel loader body 10, and the other side is connected to the boom unit 60.

The boom cylinder 30 is moved up and down by hydraulic pressure, and the boom unit 60 is vertically moved up and down together with the movement of the boom cylinder 30.

When the boom unit 60 is raised and lowered in the vertical direction, the bucket 70 coupled to the boom unit 60 is vertically moved up and down.

The bucket 70 is connected to the boom unit 60 and the link unit 50 for excavating, conveying, or repelling the contents. A hinge unit (not shown) is provided between the bucket 70 and the link unit 50.

One side of the bucket cylinder 40 is connected to the wheel loader body 10 and the other side is connected to the link unit 50.

The bucket cylinder 40 is likewise moved up and down by hydraulic pressure, and the link unit 50 is moved together with the movement of the bucket cylinder 40.

The link unit 50 rotates the bucket 70 based on the hinge unit as the bucket cylinder 40 moves.

The bucket stopper (80) is installed on the boom unit (60) to restrict the rotational movement of the bucket (70).

For example, the bucket stopper 80 prevents the bucket 70 from falling downward while rotating about the hinge unit after the dump.

The dump dampening member 100 is installed on the rear surface 71 of the bucket so that the dump impact mitigation member 100 is formed when the bucket 70 and the bucket stopper 80 collide with each other after the contents are dumped from the bucket 70 Thereby relieving the impact.

Specifically, the dump impact mitigating member 100 may be provided with an air damper that alleviates impact when the bucket 70 and the bucket stopper 80 collide with each other.

Here, when the bucket 70 is in the unfolded state for dumping, the air is introduced into the dump impact mitigating member 100 to maintain the expanded state.

After the dump of the bucket 70 is completed, the dump impact mitigating member 100 first compresses the bucket stopper 80 when the bucket 70 is rotated downward.

At this time, the air existing in the dump impact mitigating member 100 is compressed while being discharged to the outside, and at the same time, the impact of the bucket 70 and the bucket stopper 80 is absorbed.

Of course, the dump impact mitigating member 100 may be installed on the outer surface of the bucket stopper 80.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and the dump impact mitigating member 100 may be mounted on the rear surface 71 of the bucket so as to prevent the impact generated when the bucket 70 and the bucket stopper 80 collide with each other Absorbing sheet for absorbing the impact absorbing sheet.

In addition, the dump impact mitigating member 100 may be embodied as an elastic member such as a spring, or may be a hydraulic damper operated by hydraulic pressure.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Therefore, the technical scope of the present invention should not be limited to the contents described in the detailed description of the specification, but should be defined by the scope of the utility model claim.
