수직온수탱크에 열전달배관을 깔대기 돔형태로 모세관묶음(100)으로 형성하여 깔대기 돔형 내부에 진공탱크부(101)을 설치하여 고열 열교환기 구조(200)를 형성함

온수용 보일러에 관한 열교환방식
열교환기 구조
온수용 보일러의 난방수 온도를 효율적이고 경제적인 열교환으로 돔 더 높은 온도의 온수를 얻으려함
온수탱크 온수배출부분에 열전달 배관을 모세관묶음(100)으로 사다리형 나선 돔형태로 형성하고 내부에는 진공탱크를 두어 온수 흐름을 유도하여 열전달을 하는 열교환기 구조
기존 열교환방식보다 좀 더 높은 온도의 온수를 얻을 수 있음
