Abstract

Disclosed is a display device capable of easily controlling an angle. The display device includes a display unit including a sensor unit sensing the touch of a user; a base unit supporting the display unit; a slide unit which is installed between the display unit and the base unit in order for the display unit to slide on the base unit; and a brake unit fixing the slide unit to control the movement of the display unit. The brake unit includes a brake releasing unit releasing the brake unit in order for the slide unit to operate according to the detection of the sensor unit.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a display device, and more particularly, to a display device capable of easily adjusting an angle.

Generally, a display device is a device for displaying an image such as a TV or a monitor. The display device can be divided into various types according to the method of displaying the signal processed image information on the screen. The display device includes a display module in which an image is displayed when viewed from the front, and a case serving as a frame for receiving and supporting the display module.

Inside the case, there are provided a power supply unit for providing power necessary for driving the electronic apparatus, a circuit board for carrying out predetermined information processing, and a circuit board on which electrical parts for driving the display module are mounted.

Such a display device is generally mounted on a top surface of a desk, a table, or the like, and is rotatably supported at a predetermined angle by a pedestal resting on a mounting surface such as a desk or a table.

In recent years, in order to satisfy the needs of the user in various environments, the display device is often rotated at various angles with respect to the pedestal.

However, the structure for rotating the display device in various angles is complicated, and there is a problem that the sensitivity of the user is poor when the angle is adjusted.

One aspect of the present invention provides a display device capable of easily adjusting the angle of a display device, thereby improving the convenience of the user.
