Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air mattress, and more particularly, to an air mattress having a warming function and a sickness prevention function.
Generally, the most commonly used mattress for bedding is a mattress with a steel spring installed therein. Since the mattress is used for a long time, the elasticity of the steel spring is weakened and the restoring force is lost, making it difficult to maintain the shape of the mattress.
In addition, due to the structure in which the elastic force of the spring provided inside the mattress is not uniformly transmitted over the whole body of the user at bedtime, only a certain portion of the body is contacted, excessive pressure is concentrated on the contact portion of the user.
Thus, it is difficult for the user to maintain the correct posture, and the user's body parts in contact with the mattress are subjected to stress.
Although air mattresses have been popular recently due to this, conventional air mattresses have been disclosed in the prior arts having a warming function and an anti-sickness prevention function. However, although it is difficult or applicable to most air mattress products, This was a very troublesome problem.
Accordingly, an air mattress having a basic constitution of Korean Patent No. 10-0808475 filed by the present applicant is proposed to provide an air mattress having a simple manufacturing process and a low cost of manufacturing and a function of preventing a bed from being socked.
The present invention is to provide an air mattress having a heat and sickness prevention function, which is provided with an air volume member for preventing a heating layer and a bed of pressure on the upper fabric of an air mattress so as to perform heating or thermal treatment by appropriate temperature control .
The present invention is also directed to a method of treating a patient with an air mattress, comprising the steps of: providing an air cushion member for periodically changing a patient's lying posture to prevent the occurrence of bed sores, And an air mattress having a sickness prevention function.
The present invention provides an air mattress that extends or contracts due to a change in air pressure injected therein, the upper mattress having an upper surface coated with an insulating coating layer having a waterproof and insulating function and having a heat-resistant function; A lower fabric spaced below the upper fabric so as to form an air cushion layer on the inner side thereof and a lower coating layer having a waterproof function on the lower surface; A plurality of fiber yarns corresponding to an external pressure by vertically connecting the upper and lower fabrics; A waterproof coated side fabric that is fixedly coupled to seal the perimeter between the upper and lower fabrics; An air injection valve coupled to one side of the side fabric and connected to the air pump; A heating sheet interposed between the upper fabric and the insulating coating layer and integrally bonded to the upper fabric and the insulating coating layer; And a control unit electrically connected to the heating sheet to control the temperature and the air pressure of the air pump while supplying DC power, and an air mattress having a function of preventing heat and sickness.
According to an aspect of the present invention, the insulating coating layer may be made of any one of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and polyurethane synthetic coating, and the upper fabric may be formed of a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric and integrally formed with the heat- have.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sewing machine comprising: a middle fabric interposed between an upper fabric and a lower fabric so as to be connected to the fabric yarns, respectively, so that the periphery of the fabric is hermetically sealed with the side fabric so as to form a second cushion layer on the upper side; And a plurality of through holes formed in the inner circumferential surface of the upper cloth at intervals, the inner circumferential portion of the inner circumferential surface of the inner circumferential surface being pneumatically pressurized from the air pump controlled separately by the control unit to the second cushion layer A plurality of air cushion members protruded outward by the air cushion members; May be further provided.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the heating sheet may be divided into upper, lower, upper, middle, and lower portions so that the temperature can be individually adjusted by the control portion.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the heating sheet is configured to be separated from the heating sheet to the left and the right, so that the temperature of the heating sheet can be controlled by the control unit.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the heating sheet is made of a carbon fiber fabric heater in which a carbon fiber yarn is made of a woven or non-woven fabric, and is integrally attached to the upper fabric by thermal fusion bonding or an adhesive, and the insulating coating layer is formed thereon Lt; / RTI >
According to another aspect of the present invention, the air cushion member may be made of a stretchable cloth fabric or a silicone cloth which is waterproof and insulated on the surface thereof and stretched by air pressure.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the second cushion layer is composed of a plurality of unit cushion layers which are longitudinally divided in the longitudinal direction and arranged in the lateral direction while being spaced apart from each other; Wherein the unit cushion layer is provided with a plurality of the air cushion members so that air is alternately supplied to the unit cushion layers from the air pump controlled by the control unit with a time difference so that the air cushion members alternately protrude to the outside .
As described above, the air mattress according to the present invention has the following effects.
First, while using the air mattress, it is possible to individually control the temperature during heating by the heating sheet provided on the upper fabric while providing a comfortable sleep, and to set various temperatures .
In addition, since a plurality of air cushion members provided on the upper fabric can periodically change the posture of the patient, the effect of preventing the pressure cushion is also exhibited, and the air massage function can be performed together with the general public .
