Abstract
A vitamin filter structure according to the present invention includes a filter body having a flow hole formed on its surface, a filter cap coupled to an upper end of the filter body, and a flow guide protruding from a lower end of the filter body, And the constituent is discharged through the flow hole.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a vitamin filter structure, and more particularly, to a vitamin filter structure capable of supplying a vitamin component at a predetermined concentration while being detachably mounted on a shower.
Household and other widely used tap water uses chlorine-based disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite. In other words, it is used to prevent disease from pathogenic pathogens by removing organic compounds with sterilization through primary chlorination in a water treatment plant, and preserving residual chlorine by administering secondary chlorine again just before watering at home.
On the other hand, chlorine is a toxic substance used as an oxidizing agent, a bleaching agent, a disinfectant, etc. In particular, it reacts with skin proteins constituting the skin of the human body and destroys it, thereby roughening skin texture and being analyzed as a cause of skin aging and various skin troubles.
However, since it is harmful to the human body, it is preferable to completely remove the residual chlorine when it is used. Therefore, a vitamin filter filled with vitamin C in the form of bar or powder To remove residual chlorine.
However, the vitamin filter applied to the conventional shower has the disadvantage that the vitamin C charged in the filter case is easily dissolved in the raw water, and its service life is very short. In addition, conventional vitamin filters have been difficult to remove chlorine in the raw water to be supplied at a certain rate.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a vitamin filter structure for mixing vitamins with an oil palm oil and a water-soluble palm oil in a suitable ratio to solidify the oil and uniformly melting it through the raw water supplied to the shower to remove chlorine in the raw water I want to.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vitamin filter structure comprising: a filter body having a flow hole formed on a surface thereof; a filter cap coupled to an upper end of the filter body; And the vitamins constituents contained in the filter body are discharged through the flow holes.
The filter cap may include a cap fastening part inserted into the filter body, a cap grip part extending from the cap fastening part, and a cap protrusion formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cap grip part at predetermined intervals.
It may be preferred that the vitamin composition comprises an oil palm oil, a hydrophilic palm oil, a vitamin and a lemon flavor aroma.
The composition ratio of the oil palm oil, the hydrophilic palm oil, the vitamin and the lemon flavor aroma may preferably be in the order of 55% to 65%, 3% to 7%, 25% to 35%, and 3% to 7% have.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a showerhead assembly including a shower head having an injection port at one end thereof, a main body coupled to the showerhead, a water inlet disposed at an end of the main body, And a vitamin filter structure that is replaceably coupled within the body portion.
The vitamin filter structure of the present invention described above can mix vitamins with palm oil and water-soluble palm oil in a proper ratio and solidify them, and then, it can be melted constantly through the raw water supplied to the shower to remove chlorine in the raw water.
The present invention is advantageous in that an oil palm oil is mixed to provide a certain hardness and durability, while a hydrophilic palm oil is mixed to enable continuous delivery of a vitamin component.
FIG. 1 is a conceptual view showing a showerhead assembly in which a vitamin filter structure according to the present invention is fastened;

These and other objects, features and other advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Hereinafter, a vitamin filter structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The vitamin filter structure of the present invention can be manufactured as an integral type or can be separately prepared as required. In addition, some components may be omitted depending on the usage pattern.

The experimental conditions are as follows. The raw water to be used may be the preparation amount of 1.0 ppm of the residual element. The water temperature, pressure and flow rate may be 40 ° C, 3 kgf / cm 2, and 8 LPM, respectively. The preparation water is prepared by mixing NaClO sodium hypochlorite with hot water at 40 ° C to prepare a treated water of 1.0 ppm.
Under the above conditions, the treated water is passed through the
The residual chlorine of the treated water should be removed by 80% or more, and the accumulated cumulative flow rate should be not less than 7.2 tons. (When the yellow color is continuously detected for 3 cycles using the colorimetric method for measuring the residual chlorine removal rate, .

The
As described above, the vitamin filter structure according to the present invention can solidify the vitamins by mixing the vitamins with the palm oil and the water-soluble palm oil in an appropriate ratio, and then, by melting them constantly through the raw water supplied to the shower, chlorine in the raw water can be removed.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that numerous modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the appended claims. And equivalents should also be considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
