Description
The present invention relates to a trimming mold, and more particularly, to a trimming mold having a function of taking out a product when the process is completed while performing a punching process and a burr removing process.
A trimming mold used in the process of processing a steel product using a forging process is a process for processing a hole in a molded product. In general, a trimming mold uses an upper mold and a lower mold in which an upper die and a lower die are respectively formed To fix the product, to machine the hole with a punch, or to remove the burr formed during the forging process.
After the precise manufacturing process, the product is fixed to the mold so that the punch hole that determines the punching position of the workpiece is matched, and the punch is pressed down through the press to process the hole in the product.
Prior art related to such a trimming mold includes Application Nos. 10-2006-0085000, 10-1996-0028166, 10-2008-0137684 filed in the Korean Intellectual Property Office.
However, the conventional trimming molds have problems in that they are combined in a state in which the product is inserted into the punch after the trimming process, or that it is difficult to separate the mold from the product due to the pressure of the trimming process.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a trimming mold having an automatic product take-out function according to the present invention which simultaneously removes burrs in the trimming process, and makes it easy to take out products after trimming.
A trimming mold having an automatic product take-out function according to the present invention includes an upper work table connected to a press device, a plurality of upper cylinder parts installed in a downward direction of the upper work table, An upper die fixed to the upper work table and formed on an outer side of the upper die to guide movement of the upper die; and an upper die fixed to the upper work table, A lower work table provided below the upper work table, a plurality of lower cylinder portions fixed to the upper side of the lower work table, a lower mold installed at an upper end of the lower cylinder portion and moved up and down, And a lower die coupled to the inside of the lower mold and fixed to the lower work table .
