Abstract

The present invention relates to a resin cable tie with relatively low manufacturing costs and intact resin cable tie properties in comparison with a different double lock structure. The disconnection of a band is minimized in a fastening process by dispersing a fastening force with balance by forming multi-row hitching sawteeth (4a,4b) on both sides of the band (4) and simultaneously fastening and locking the hitching sawteeth (4a,4b) on both sides of the band (4) using a band binding track (9) of a vertical center surface and vertical elastic locking protrusions (6a,6b) of a coupling hole (8) of a head part (6). A binding force is improved by a simultaneous operation double lock structure.

Description

Double-Binding Structure Resin Cable Tie {RESIN CABLE TIE FOR DOUBLE LOCK BASED}

The present invention relates to an improvement of a resin resin cable tie for binding that can bind a plurality of cables.

In general, there are many materials and methods of cable ties that can bind cables.

It is mainly used for one-time use and easily seen on the market is a cheap cable tie made of resin. The resin cable tie is composed of a band having a multi-row locking groove on one side and a head portion of which the tip of the band is inserted and locked in a fastened state.

However, these resin cable ties are often broken in the process of tightening the band after being inserted into the head, especially in the cold environment, such as winter tends to be cut better. And it is a little difficult to pull the band in the binding, and it was a little difficult to tighten the tight tightening without cutting.

An example of a cable tie which has tried to improve the binding force of a band is Korean Unexamined Utility Model No. 20-2012-0000206, "a cable tie having a double locking structure" (prior document 1).

However, this prior art document 1 has a disadvantage in that the manufacturing cost of the cable tie is increased due to the double locking structure having two fastening means.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a double tie structure resin cable tie which minimizes band breakage during tightening and has good binding force and low manufacturing cost.

The present invention according to the above object is composed of a band 4 having a multi-row engaging teeth 4a, 4b on both sides and a binding head portion 6 connected to the band 4 in a resin cable tie. On the upper and lower inner surfaces of the fastening hole 8 of the head part 6, a tangy upper and lower locking jaws 6a and 6b in which the multi-row engaging teeth 4a and 4b on both sides of the band 4 are simultaneously hung are formed and fastened. The double tie structure resin cable cable 2 is characterized in that the band restraint track path 9 is formed at the center surface portion of the ball 8 above and below.

In addition, in configuring the cable tie of the present invention, the front end portion 10 of the band 4 is characterized in that the non-slip multi-row friction projections (12) formed to be formed.

The present invention forms the engaging teeth on both sides of the band and simultaneously tightens and locks the engaging teeth on both sides of the band by using the upper and lower ballistic locking jaws of the fastening portion of the head to prevent the band from being broken in the tightening process through a balanced distribution of tightening force. It can be minimized and the binding force is better due to the simultaneous operation double binding structure, and the manufacturing unit price is relatively low even though the double binding structure is made by using the characteristics of the resin cable tie.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a perspective configuration diagram of a double tie structure resin cable tie 2 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and is mainly composed of a band 4 and a binding head 6 connected to the band 4.

Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the main part side cross section of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a sectional view of the main part of the main part of Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 is a sectional view of the main part cutaway of the present invention.

The resin cable tie 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention has multi-row catching teeth 4a and 4b on both sides of the band 4 as shown in FIG. 2. In addition, the binding head portion 6 extending to the band 4 has a double binding structure that is simultaneously operated, and is configured to be provided on both upper and lower inner surfaces of the fastening holes 8 of the head portion 6.

That is, the upper and lower fastening jaws of the fastening hole 8 of the binding head part 6 according to the present invention, wherein the multi-row engaging teeth 4a and 4b respectively formed on both sides of the band 4 are simultaneously jawed. 6a) 6b are formed.

5 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the binding state of the present invention the double-bond structure resin cable tie (2).

As shown in FIG. 5, when the band 4 of the present invention is fitted into the fastening hole 8 of the head part 6, the binding head part 6 has a multi-row engaging teeth 4a formed on both sides of the band 4. (4b) is gripped at the same time by using the tangy upper and lower locking jaws (6a, 6b).

The upper and lower locking jaw 6a, 6b formed on the upper and lower inner surfaces of the fastening hole 8 of the binding head part 6 of the present invention has a free end and elasticity as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. As the engaging piece to be supported, a tooth having the same shape as the multi-row engaging teeth 4a and 4b on both sides of the band 4 is formed on the inner contact surface. Therefore, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the multi-row engaging teeth 4a and 4b formed on both side surfaces of the band 4 are located in the upper and lower locking jaws 6a located above and below the inner surface of the fastening hole 8 of the head 6. 6b) can be locked at the same time.

By the way, if the tangy upper and lower locking jaw (6a) (6b) has to have a vertical space to allow the elastic support, in this case the band (4) according to the direction of the force to pull the band 4 is the head portion (6) Since it can be deflected to the upper or lower side in the fastening hole 8 of the upper and lower simultaneous binding by the tangy upper and lower locking jaw (6a) is difficult. In addition, when a strong pressing pressure is applied to only one side of the upper and lower sides, one of the magazine-type upper and lower locking jaws 6a and 6b may be damaged.

In the present invention, in order to solve this problem, the fastening hole of the head portion 6, as shown in Figure 4 between the upper and lower center surface of the fastening hole (8), that is, the above-mentioned top and bottom locking jaw (6a) (6b) A band restraint track 9 is formed through which the band 4 entered into (8) can be custom-passed.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the band restraint track path 9, a lane groove 9a is formed in the left and right inner walls of the head part 6, and the width of the lane groove 9a is greater than the thickness of the band 4. Since it is formed only slightly larger, the band 4 can be fit through without being loose.

As described above, the band 4 having the multi-row engaging teeth 4a and 4b on both sides passes through the band restraint track path 9 formed on the inner and upper and lower center surfaces of the fastening hole 8 of the head 6. At the same time, the fastening force is balanced by fastening at the same time by fastening the fastening holes 8a and 6b, which are located on the upper and lower sides of the fastening hole 8, so that the tightening force is balanced, thereby minimizing the band break in the fastening process even in a cold environment such as winter. In addition, the simultaneous operation double binding structure makes the binding force better.

Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the band 4 of the present invention forms an anti-slip multi-row friction protrusion 12 on both sides of the tip tail 10 so that an operator pulls the clamping band 4. When you can pull easily. In particular, since the non-slip multi-row friction protrusion 12 is formed in the same direction as the tooth direction of the multi-row engaging teeth 4a, 4b formed on both sides of the band 4, the anti-slip effect is increased.

While the present invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited by the described embodiments, but should be determined by the scope of claims and equivalents thereof.
