Description
The present invention relates to a cable laying apparatus, and more particularly, to a cable laying apparatus for pulling a cable such that an electric cable or the like is installed on a bent cable pipe.
In case of ship, various cables connecting various electric devices are installed. Most cables installed inside the ship are usually installed through cable trays. However, in the case of cable extending over the deck, it is installed inside the cable pipe to prevent damage to the cable due to external exposure.
The cable pipe is composed of a main cable pie installed at the center of the deck in the longitudinal direction and a sub pipe extending from the main cable pipe through a branch to connect points where cable connection is required.
In this case, since the sub-pipe is bent several times in extending to the target point, there is a great difficulty in installing the pipe in the sub-pipe.
Fig. 1 shows an example of a bent cable pipe.
In a conventional method of laying a cable on a cable pipe, there is a method in which a separate flexible wire is provided, one end of the wire is connected to one end of the cable, the wire is passed through a pipe and the cable is pulled by pulling the wire . More specifically, in order to pass the wire through a pipe, a method of passing the wire through a pipe by coupling an object such as a bottle lid or a small sphere to the other end of the wire and blowing it into the pipe using an air pump . In such a case, there is a limit in applying the air resistance by the air pump to the pipe having a large curvature because the air resistance is not fully transmitted. In addition, it is not easy to connect the wire to the object, and the wire is frequently detached from the object during the operation, thereby lowering the working efficiency.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the cable laying apparatus according to the present invention is inserted into a pipe to pull a wire coupled to one end of the cable, wherein the wire can be easily coupled with the wire, So that it is possible to efficiently pull the wire even in a pipe having a severe bend.
In order to achieve the above object, a cable installation apparatus according to the present invention draws a wire to which a cable is connected to an inside of a cable pipe by using an air resistance and includes a cylindrical body portion having one end closed and the other end opened, And a wire fixing part which is located at the other open end of the body and on which the front end of the wire is fixed.
The cable laying apparatus according to the present invention uses air resistance to easily pull the wire into the bent cable pipe, thereby facilitating cable laying work. More specifically, by providing the body portion in a cylindrical shape, the propulsion force due to the air resistance can be increased, and one end of the front side of the body portion is provided in an arch shape to smoothly move within the cable pipe. In addition, the wire can be easily fixed by providing a wire fixing part in the form of a ten-sided shape, and the deterioration of working efficiency due to wire disconnection can be prevented in advance.
