Abstract

The present invention provides a blindfold for sleeping, capable of more securely waking up a user by notifying the user of alarm time with visual, aural, or tactical methods if it is preset alarm time. The blindfold for sleeping according to the present invention includes a blindfold part (100) and an alarm device (200) which is mounted on the blindfold part.

Description

Sleep eye patch {Blindfold}

The present invention relates to a sleeping eye patch used to cover the eyes to block light from the outside during sleep.

In recent years, the sleep eye patch is used a lot for the purpose of taking a comfortable sleep, but when the sleep eye mask is worn, there is a problem in that the light to the eyes is blocked so that it is not easy to wake up from sleep.

Use the alarm clock to wake up at the desired time. The alarm clock has a configuration in which sound is output when an alarm time set by a user is reached. However, humans generally do not have a good hearing function in a deep sleep state, and according to the sleep state of an alarm clock user, the sound of the alarm clock alone does not effectively wake the user from sleep.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a sleeping patch that can effectively wake up the user from sleep.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the eye cover to cover the eyes when sleeping (reference numeral 100 of FIG. 1), mounted on the eyepiece and alarm device (notation 200 of FIG. 1) to inform when the predetermined alarm time A configured sleeping eye patch is provided.

Here, the eye patch may include an eye cover (reference numeral 110 of FIGS. 1 and 2) that covers the eye and a wearing band (reference numeral 120 of FIG. 1) used by the user to wear the eye cover. The eye cover may have a structure of goggles including a goggle frame-shaped frame (reference numeral 112 of FIG. 2) and a semi-transparent or opaque lens supported by the frame (reference numeral 114 of FIG. 2).

In addition, the alarm device, the alarm time setting unit (reference numeral 210 of FIG. 1) for determining the alarm time, the notification means for informing that the alarm time has been activated by operating when the set alarm time in conjunction with the alarm time setting unit (Fig. Reference numeral 220 of FIG. 1 may include an on-off manipulation unit (reference numeral 230 of FIG. 1) used by a user to turn on and off the notification means. The notification means includes a sound output unit (reference numeral 222 of FIG. 1) for outputting sound, a light emitting unit (reference numeral 224 of FIG. 1) for generating light, and a vibration generating unit (reference numeral 226 of FIG. 1) for generating vibration. It may include any one or two or more. The light emitting unit may be disposed at an inner side of the eye cover.

The present invention allows the user to sleep comfortably by the blindfolded eye, as well as the user can wake up more reliably from the alarm by the alarm device that informs the alarm time.

1 is a plan view showing a sleeping eye patch according to the present invention.
2 is a front view showing a sleeping eye patch according to the present invention.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

1 and 2 are a plan view and a front view of a sleeping eye patch according to the present invention, as shown, the sleeping eye patch according to the present invention, the eye cover 110 and the wearing band 120 consisting of a band 100, When the predetermined alarm time comes, it consists of an alarm device 200 and the like to notify.

The eye cover 110 covering both eyes of the user is configured to have a goggle structure. The eye cover 110 includes a frame 112 formed in a goggle frame shape and a semi-transparent or opaque lens 114 supported by the frame 112. The frame 112 may be attached to the buffer pad on the inner side in contact with the user's eyes. The lens 114 is preferably of an opaque type that can prevent light from being transmitted.

A general head band may be applied to the wear band 120 used by the user to wear the eye cover 110. Both ends of the head band are connected to the left and right sides of the frame 112, respectively. As the wearing band 120, a band of a type that can be worn on the ear instead of the head band may be applied.

The alarm device 200 is mounted on the eye cover 110. The alarm device 200 is connected to the alarm time setting unit 210 and the alarm time setting unit 210 used to determine the alarm time. An on-off operation unit 230 for turning on and off.

The alarm time setting unit 210 may include an operation button and a display that displays items operated by the operation button. The alarm time setting unit 210 may be disposed outside the frame 112. The alarm time setting by the alarm time setting unit 210 is the same as or similar to the known technology applied to and used in the alarm clock, and thus a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The notification means 220 for notifying that the alarm time has been included includes a sound output unit 222 for outputting sound, a light emitting unit 224 for generating light, and a vibration generating unit 226 for generating vibration. Depending on the embodiment conditions, only one or two of these sound output unit 222, light emitting unit 224 and vibration generating unit 226 may be applied. The number of the sound output unit 222, the light emitting unit 224, the vibration generating unit 226 to be applied can be increased or decreased depending on the implementation conditions.

The sound output unit 222 is disposed outside the frame 112, the light emitting unit 224 is disposed inside the frame 112, the vibration generating unit 226 is preferably embedded in the frame 112. . The sound output unit 222 is more preferably to be as close as possible to the user's ears when the user wears the eyeglasses (100). The light emitting unit 224 may be more preferably positioned around the eyes when the user wears the eye patch 100. The sound output unit 222 may be a speaker or the like. As the light emitting unit 224, an LED (light emitting diode) or the like may be applied. As the vibration generating unit 226, a vibration motor or the like may be applied.

Such an alarm device 200 may be configured to operate by a battery or a commercial power source.

When the sleep patch according to the present invention operates the alarm time setting unit 210 and sets the alarm time, the sound is output from the sound output unit 222 at the alarm time, by the light emitting unit 224 and the vibration generating unit 226. Light and vibration are generated. Therefore, when the user wears the eyewear 110 using the wearing band 120 and sleeps, the user can wake more reliably from sleep due to hearing, vision, and tactile stimulation.

While the present invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the invention.
