Abstract
The present invention discloses a lid apparatus having an ultraviolet sterilization function that can cover the container such as food, material, etc. to perform ultraviolet sterilization of the contents. The present invention is to cover the inlet of the container to accommodate the contents, the lid is formed with an electrical chamber having a window, the seal is coupled to the edge of the lid to maintain the airtight at the inlet of the container, and the electrical chamber It is composed of an ultraviolet source which is mounted and emits ultraviolet rays for sterilizing microorganisms through the window, and a controller which is mounted on one side of the lid to control the operation of the ultraviolet source. According to the present invention, the ultraviolet light sterilization function is provided on the lid coupled to the container such as food, material, and the like, and the ultraviolet light sterilization of contents stored in the container can be easily and efficiently performed. In addition, by the dehumidification and deodorization function of the dehumidifying agent accommodated in the lid has an effect that can be stored safely for a long time to improve the usefulness.
Description
The present invention relates to a lid device, and more particularly, to a lid device having an ultraviolet sterilization function capable of covering the container such as food, material and the like to perform ultraviolet sterilization of the contents.
UV sterilization sterilizes microorganisms such as bacteria, Escherichia coli, mold, and yeast by using ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 250 to 260 nm. Ultraviolet rays have a wavelength of 2,000 to 3,000 Å, and especially high sterilizing wavelengths are known to be around 2,600 Å.
Ultraviolet lamps (Ultraviolet lamp) are used for this ultraviolet sterilization. Ultraviolet lamps are low-pressure mercury lamps containing a small amount of mercury in quartz tubes or special glass tubes through which ultraviolet rays can pass. UV lamps are also called germicidal lamps and are available in a variety of shapes and structures. Recently, the use of ultraviolet light emitting diodes (UV LEDs) has been adopted for ultraviolet sterilization. Ultraviolet LEDs have the advantages of higher efficiency, lower cost, and smaller size than ultraviolet lamps.
However, as described above, the ultraviolet lamp and the ultraviolet LED are limited to places or devices for sterilization. In particular, there is a demand for the development of an ultraviolet sterilizer capable of performing ultraviolet sterilization of contents such as food, materials, etc., which are easily inhabited by bacteria and Escherichia coli when exposed to air by opening the container.
The present invention is to solve various problems of the prior art as described above. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a lid apparatus with a new ultraviolet sterilization function which can cover a container such as a food or a material and perform ultraviolet sterilization of contents.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a lid device having an ultraviolet sterilization function which can improve the usability by dehumidification and deodorization functions.
