Seal 40 is ring-type and is coupled to the edge of lid 20 covering the inlet 6. The seal 40 may be made of a flexible material, for example, silicon rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, or the like. Due to the flexibility of the seal 40, the container 4 can be easily coupled and separated, and can be completely sealed between the container 4 and the lid 20. The lid device 10 according to the present invention includes an ultraviolet light bulb (Ultraviolet bulb) 52 as an ultraviolet source 50 mounted on the inner center of the lid 20 for ultraviolet radiation. The ultraviolet bulb 52 is housed in the electrical equipment room 22. Ultraviolet rays emitted by the operation of the ultraviolet bulb 52 are irradiated inside the container 4 through the window 26.
