Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an LED illumination, and more particularly, to a smart LED illumination capable of intelligently determining the suitability of an LED illumination for a ballast.
Recently, LED (Light Emitting Diode) has come into the spotlight as a next generation light source that has various wavelengths and energy and can reduce power cost.
Especially, as the luminance problem, which was pointed out as the limit of LED, has been greatly improved, the advantages of long life and low power have been gradually spreading.
Currently, various types of LED lighting fixtures such as a line bar type, a surface light source type, and the like are being developed as lighting fixtures using LED as a light source.
In the case of the line bar type, researches have been made actively on the field that can use the same LED light instead of a fluorescent lamp in the conventional fluorescent light.
In the case of using LED light for existing fluorescent lighting, compatibility with the ballast used in existing fluorescent lighting has become a problem.
In other words, in most cases, the LED lighting can be applied without any problem with the ballast used in the conventional fluorescent lighting. In some cases, when the current value in the ballast is different, the LED illumination does not operate normally.
In this case, although the LED illumination is normal and the stabilizer is normal, the user judges that there is a problem with the newly purchased LED illumination, so that the reliability of the LED illumination product is questioned.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a smart LED illumination capable of displaying an alarm when compatibility with a ballast is problematic when a newly purchased LED illumination is installed in a conventional fluorescent lamp It is a technical task.

When using the LED illumination of the present invention, the user notifies the user that the newly purchased LED illumination itself is not caused by a mismatch between the ballast specification and the LED illumination specification installed in the existing lighting fixture, do.
Therefore, the user is mistaken for purchasing a bad LED light, which has the advantage of preventing troubles such as exchange or new purchase.
Further, in the present invention, in addition to the case of newly purchasing the LED illumination, when the LED illumination is continuously used, it has an effect of informing the user of the replacement period of the ballast, thereby providing convenience to the user.
In addition, if the ballast replacement indicator does not work and the LED illumination does not work clearly, provide the user with information to determine that the LED illumination itself is faulty and inform the user of the replacement period of the LED lamp It also has advantages.
On the other hand, the manufacturer of the LED lighting maker has the effect of preventing the user from lowering the reliability of the manufacturer by making it mistaken as a defective product even though there is no problem in the newly purchased LED lighting as in the prior art.

4 is a flow chart illustrating ballast state determination logic in the smart LED illumination of the present invention.
Next, the operation of the thus constituted smart LED illumination will be described.
First, the
The
If the current value i is less than or equal to the reference value i1 for the reference time t1, the
Here, the reference time t1 is preferably set to a time that the user does not feel that the operation of the LED illumination is too late, and may be set to about one to three seconds in general.
In this case, there is no problem in the newly purchased LED lighting itself, but the current value specification in the
Therefore, it acts to notify the user that the existing lighting fixture should be replaced with an LED lighting current value specification.
As a result, the new LED light does not have a problem, but the user judges that there is a problem, so that the image of the product is dropped and the competitiveness is not lowered.
On the other hand, when the current value i maintains the reference value i1 for the reference time t1, the
Next, a step (s500) of judging whether the detected current value i maintains the reference value for a predetermined time t2 after the reference elapsed time during the reference time t1 is performed.
If the current value (i) is below the reference value (i1) for a predetermined time (t2) after maintaining the reference value (i1) for the reference time (t1), the ballast may be regarded as indicating the timing of replacement of the ballast, not a problem of ballast failure. In operation S600, the
Here, since the predetermined time t2 is a time for determining whether the ballast is normally operating, it can be set to a time much longer than the reference time t1. For example, it can be set to 10 minutes or 1 hour.
It is also possible to set whether the current value is maintained at a predetermined time interval instead of always checking whether or not to maintain the current value for a predetermined time t2.
On the other hand, when the current value (i) is more than the reference value (i1) for a predetermined time (t2) after maintaining the reference value (i1) for the reference time (t1), the state of the
In the present invention, when the LED illumination is continuously used in addition to the first purchase of the LED illumination, the user is informed of the replacement period of the ballast.
In addition, if the
As described above, the smart LED illumination of the present invention enables the user to determine whether the stabilizer is suitable when the LED light is newly purchased, and makes it easy to determine whether the stabilizer is replaced or the LED is replaced when the LED light is used after the new purchase.
In addition, it is possible to prevent unnecessary misunderstanding of the LED light that is newly purchased to the user, and thus it is possible to secure the reliability of the product.
