Claims (4)
- 둘 이상의 배터리 셀과, 각각의 상기 배터리 셀로부터 연장되어 각각의 상기 배터리 셀들이 전기적으로 연결되도록 서로 접합되는 전극탭을 포함하는 배터리 모듈에 있어서,
인접하는 상기 배터리 셀들의 양극탭과 음극탭이 접합되는 접합부;
상기 양극탭과 상기 응극탭은 상기 접합부와 배터리 셀을 연결하도록 연장되는 연장부를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 연장부에 지그재그 방향 전환되는 형태가 반복 형성되는 굴곡부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 접합부는 지그재그 방향 전환되는 형태가 반복 형성되는 접합 굴곡부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 굴곡부와 상기 접합 굴곡부가 일정곡률을 갖는 복수개의 만곡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 굴곡부와 상기 접합 굴곡부가 절곡되어 형성되는 복수개의 절곡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
