Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 탈산소제, 방습제 및 선도유지제가 내장되는 통기성 포장제에 도난방지용 전자태그를 설치함에 의해 상기 도난방지용 전자태그를 제품의 내부에 용이하게 내장할 수 있게 하여 악의로 도난방지용 전자태그를 훼손시킬 수 없게 한 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제를 제공함에 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 식품의 신선도를 유지하면서 장기간 보존할 수 있는 탈산소제, 방습제 및 선도유지제 중 어느 하나의 식품 보존제가 수용되어, 제품 포장지의 내부에 식품과 같이 밀봉되게 한 통기성 포장제; 및 상기 통기성 포장제에 설치되어 제품의 도난여부를 알 수 있게 한 도난방지용 전자태그를 포함한다.

Description

도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제{theft preventive electronic tag attached food preservatives}
본 발명은 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 식품의 신선도를 유지하면서 장기간 보존할 수 있도록 하는 데에 사용하는 탈산소제, 방습제 및 선도유지제가 내장되는 통기성 포장제에 도난방지용 전자태그를 설치하여 제품 포장지의 내부에 식품과 같이 밀봉되게 함에 의해 도난 여부를 알 수 있게 한 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 식품을 포장지(나일론, 폴리에틸렌 필름지 및 플라스틱 용기 등)에 넣어 보존함에 있어서, 미생물 혹은 곤충 등으로부터의 피해를 방지하기 위한 목적으로 식품 등에 직접 혼합하거나 혹은 함침하는 방법으로 방부제나 방충제를 사용하였다.
그러나 독성을 함유하는 화학물질의 경우 그 식품과 같이 인체의 내부로 흡입되게 되는 경우 국민의 건강에 유해한 요소로 작용하게 된 다고 하는 문제로 제기되고 있음이 현 실정이다.
이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로, 철분 분말에 산화촉진제를 혼합하여 식품과 비 혼합되게 사용하는 탈산소제 보존제가 개발되어 있다.
또한, 제품의 도난을 방지하기 위한 도난방지장치로써, 그 구동 방식에 따라 RF(radio frequency), 전기자방식(Electronic-Magnetic:EM) 및 진동자장방식(Acousto-magnetic Technology:AT)이 있다.
상기 RF 방식이 적용된 상품도난방지장치는 매장의 출입구 등에 설치된 송수신 안테나와 소정의 주파수를 송수신하여 작동된다. 매장의 출입구를 통해 RF 방식이 적용된 상품도난방지장치가 부착된 상품을 무단으로 반출하는 경우에 매장의 출입구에 설치된 송수신 안테나와 RF 방식이 적용된 상품도난방지장치가 소정의 주파수를 송수신하게 되면 상품도난방지시스템에서 경보를 발생하여 상품의 무단방출을 경보하게 된다.
상기 전기자방식은 비정형질 금속재질을 와이어(wire) 형상으로 가늘고 길게 만들거나 와이어 형상에 보강자성체를 조립하여 사용한다. 와이어 형상으로 상품도난방지장치를 구성함으로써 제조원가는 저렴해진다.
상기 진동자장방식은 퍼멀로이 재질을 얇은 스트립(strip)으로 형성하여 도난방지장치를 구성한 것으로, 진동자방식은 제조원가가 높고 단일 주파수를 사용함으로써 타기종과 호환성이 없는 단점이 있다.
이러한 도난방지장치를 사용하기 위해서는 도난방지용 전자태그를 사용하게 되는데, 상기 도난방지용 전자태그는 통상 제품의 외부에 설치된다.
이와 같이 제품의 외부에 설치되는 도난방지용 전자태그는 인위적으로 훼손시킬 수 있는 단점이 있다. 즉, 제품의 외부에 설치된 도난방지용 전자태그를 악의로 훼손시킬 수 있다.
이를 방지하기 위해서는 상기 도난방지용 전자태그를 제품의 내부에 설치하는 것이 바람직하나, 제품의 내부에 도난방지용 전자태그를 설치하기는 어렵고, 또 단가도 상승되는 등의 문제점이 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 탈산소제, 방습제 및 선도유지제가 내장되는 통기성 포장제에 도난방지용 전자태그를 설치함에 의해 상기 도난방지용 전자태그를 제품의 내부에 용이하게 내장할 수 있게 하여 악의로 도난방지용 전자태그를 훼손시킬 수 없게 한 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 식품의 신선도를 유지하면서 장기간 보존할 수 있는 탈산소제, 방습제 및 선도유지제 중 어느 하나의 식품 보존제가 수용되어, 제품 포장지의 내부에 식품과 같이 밀봉되게 한 통기성 포장제; 및 상기 통기성 포장제에 설치되어 제품의 도난여부를 알 수 있게 한 도난방지용 전자태그를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 도난방지용 전자태그는 통기성 포장제의 내외부면이나 실링면 중 어느 일면에 부착 설치됨을 특징으로 한다.
상기 도난방지용 전자태그는 통기성 포장제의 내부에 내장되는 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제와 함께 내장됨을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 탈산소제, 방습제 및 선도유지제가 내장되는 통기성 포장제에 도난방지용 전자태그를 설치함에 의해 상기 도난방지용 전자태그를 제품의 내부에 용이하게 내장할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 제품의 내부에 도난방지용 전자태그를 설치함에 의해 악의로 도난방지용 전자태그를 훼손할 수 없게 한 효과가 있다. 특히, 도난방지용 전자태그를 제품의 내부에 간편하게 내장할 수 있음에 의해 도난방지용 전자태그의 설치에 따른 비용을 절감하여 단가를 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제의 제1예를 나타낸 도면이고,

도 5는 본 발명에 따른 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제의 제4예를 나타낸 도면이다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제는 통기성 포장제(12)를 구비하고 있다. 이 통기성 포장제(12)는 식품의 신선도를 유지하면서 장기간 보존할 수 있는 식품 보존제(10)가 수용되어, 제품 포장지(미도시)의 내부에 식품과 같이 밀봉되게 한다. 여기서, 상기 식품 보존제(10)는 탈산소제(산소흡수제), 가스흡수제, 수분흡수제, 방습제 및 선도유지제를 모두 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 통기성 포장제(12)에 도난방지용 전자태그(14)가 설치되어 상기 도난방지용 전자태그(14)에 의해 제품의 도난여부를 알 수 있게 한다. 여기서, 상기 도난방지용 전자태그(14)에 의한 작동상태는 이미 알려진 기술로서 그 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
이와 같이 상기 통기성 포장제(12)에 도난방지용 전자태그(14)를 설치할 때에는, 도 1 ~도 2표시와 같이 상기 통기성 포장제(12)의 외부면에 접착수단(16)을 이용하여 부착 설치할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 접착수단(16)은 양면테잎 혹은 접착제 등을 이용할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 도난방지용 전자태그(14)는 도 3표시와 같이 상기 통기성 포장제(12)의 내부면에 접착수단(16)을 이용하여 부착 설치할 수 있고, 도 4표시와 같이 상기 도난방지용 전자태그(14)를 통기성 포장제(12)의 내부에 식품 보존제(10)와 함께 내장할 수 있다. 특히, 상기 도난방지용 전자태그(14)는 도 5표시와 같이 상기 통기성 포장제(12)의 실링면(12a)에 부착 설치할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 식품 보존제가 내장되는 통기성 포장제(12)의 내외부면이나 실링면(12a)에 도난방지용 전자태그(14)를 부착 설치하거나 혹은 상기 통기성 포장제(12)의 내부에 식품 보존제(10)와 함께 내장시킴으로서 제품 내부에 도난방지용 전자태그(14)를 용이하게 제품에 내장시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이 상기 도난방지용 전자태그(14)를 제품에 내장시키게 되면, 외부에서 인위적으로 도난방지용 전자태그(14)를 훼손시킬 수 없게 되어, 전자태그의 훼손으로 인한 제품의 도난을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 식품의 신선도를 유지하면서 장기간 보존할 수 있는 탈산소제, 방습제 및 선도유지제 중 어느 하나의 식품 보존제가 수용되어, 제품 포장지의 내부에 식품과 같이 밀봉되게 한 통기성 포장제; 및
    상기 통기성 포장제에 설치되어 제품의 도난여부를 알 수 있게 한 도난방지용 전자태그를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도난방지용 전자태그는 통기성 포장제의 내외부면이나 실링면 중 어느 일면에 부착 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도난방지용 전자태그는 통기성 포장제의 내부에 내장되는 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제와 함께 내장됨을 특징으로 하는 도난방지용 전자태그가 구비된 탈산소제, 방습제 및 식품 보존제.
