Description
본 고안은 버터플라이 밸브 쐐기형 바디의 구조에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 버터플라이 밸브를 사용하다가 바디시트가 마모 및 파손되었을 때 현장에서 신속하게 교체 및 수리 가능하도록 한 것이다.

상기와 같은 425℃, 638.3BAR(CLASS 2500)의 고온 고압의 조건에서 종래의 버터플라이 밸브를 사용할 경우에는 바디와 바디시트를 볼트로 체결을 하여 사용하면 볼트가 고압을 견디지 못하고 터져버려 기밀을 유지할 수가 없었을 뿐만 아니라 바디시트와 바디가 일체형으로 되어있는 경우에는 바다시트의 마모 및 파손에 따른 수리시 밸브 전체를 교체하거나 또는 밸브 전체를 분리하여 바디시트를 교체하여야 했으므로 협소한 공간에서는 작업이 어려웠을 뿐만 아니라 버터플라이 밸브를 분리하여 바디시트를 수리하거나 버터플라이 밸브 자체를 교체하는데 많은 비용과 수리시간이 소요되어왔다.
