Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a welding mask, and more particularly, to a welding mask for preventing the metal fume, metal dust generated during welding to be sucked into the respirator of the operator.
Generally welding mask is electric welding, CO 2 It is used for the purpose of protecting the face skin from welding fume and debris generated during welding by protecting the eyes from strong light in welding operations such as welding.
As the industry develops, the welding technology and the use of welding are rapidly increasing. However, the harmful fumes made of microparticles and gases generated by the evaporation or oxidation of molten metal generated during welding are inevitably affected by the health of workers. It is seriously hampering the working environment and is emerging as a serious industrial safety problem.
In particular, when welding work in a narrow work space such as shipyards, the problem of fume is more seriously generated due to the lack of ventilation. To prevent this, a dust collector is provided to remove the fume from each welding workshop. In addition, the dust collecting structure is installed at the end of the welding torch to collect the fume. However, in the case of the electronic dust collecting device, the trouble of the installation and the expensive installation cost is generated, and the fume is very close to the operator's face. Since it occurs at the location it is often a case of breathing before being discharged, there was a problem that the practicality is reduced.
Since the actual cost of the latter dust collecting equipment is very expensive and the weight of the torch is highlighted, the power consumption is increased during welding work. Problems such as frequent failures and shortened lifespan occur.
The present invention is to the air discharge portion and the air discharge portion provided on the front of the mask body to prevent the harmful fumes (Furm) generated during the welding operation to enter the respirator of the worker according to the working time and the difficulty of the operation It is an object of the present invention to provide a weld marquee capable of attaching and detaching a connecting nozzle for connecting a compressor for supplying air.
The present invention is provided with a mask body for protecting the face of the worker, a central portion on the front surface of the mask body, the light shielding glass to protect the eyes of the worker during the welding operation, and a lower portion of the light shielding glass, It provides a welding mask in communication with the air discharge portion for discharging the air in the mask body to the outside, a compressor for supplying air to the air discharge portion and a connection nozzle for connecting the air discharge portion and the compressor.
A plurality of discharge holes for discharging the air inside the mask body to the outside may be formed on the front and side of the air discharge portion provided in the welding mask according to the present invention, both sides of the mask body from the operator's ear from the welding flame A protective ear protector may be provided, and upper and lower sides of the mask body may include mounting portions for attaching the mask body to a face of an operator, and a lower portion of the mask body may allow an operator to face the mask body. A gripping portion for gripping the mask body may be provided to make close contact.
The welding mask according to the present invention has the following effects.
First, by providing an air outlet of the mask body, it is possible to prevent the fume from entering the respirator of the worker by using the discharged air by discharging the air supplied from the external compressor to the air outlet.
Second, shielding glass and ear protectors are provided on the front and both sides of the mask body to protect the operator's eyes and ears from sparks generated during welding.
Third, mounting portions and gripping portions are provided on both the lower and upper sides of the mask body so that the mask body can be easily brought into close contact with the face of the operator.
