Generally welding mask is electric welding, CO 2 It is used for the purpose of protecting the face skin from welding fume and debris generated during welding by protecting the eyes from strong light in welding operations such as welding.

As the industry develops, the welding technology and the use of welding are rapidly increasing. However, the harmful fumes made of microparticles and gases generated by the evaporation or oxidation of molten metal generated during welding are inevitably affected by the health of workers. It is seriously hampering the working environment and is emerging as a serious industrial safety problem.

In particular, when welding work in a narrow work space such as shipyards, the problem of fume is more seriously generated due to the lack of ventilation. To prevent this, a dust collector is provided to remove the fume from each welding workshop. In addition, the dust collecting structure is installed at the end of the welding torch to collect the fume. However, in the case of the electronic dust collecting device, the trouble of the installation and the expensive installation cost is generated, and the fume is very close to the operator's face. Since it occurs at the location it is often a case of breathing before being discharged, there was a problem that the practicality is reduced.

Since the actual cost of the latter dust collecting equipment is very expensive and the weight of the torch is highlighted, the power consumption is increased during welding work. Problems such as frequent failures and shortened lifespan occur.
