Abstract
Disclosed is a pulsator for a washing machine. The disclosed washing machine pulsator includes: a base portion, a rotating shaft portion positioned at the center of rotation of the base portion, a main protrusion portion projected from the base portion and hinged to the main protrusion portion, and hinged to the main protrusion portion and rotated according to the rotation direction of the main protrusion portion. Characterized in that the auxiliary projection having a direction change.
Description
The present invention relates to a washing machine pulsator, and more particularly, to a washing machine pulsator that can improve the washing efficiency by forming a uniform water flow regardless of the rotation direction of the pulsator.
Generally, a washing machine is an apparatus for separating contaminants by applying energy such as an impact to laundry, and a drum type washing machine and a pulsator type washing machine are used according to the washing type.
In the drum type washing machine, washing is performed by an impact caused by friction or drop with the inner wall of the washing tank while the laundry put into the rotating tank rotates with water.
In the pulsator-based washing machine, the rotating tub rotates vertically from the ground while the pulsator in the rotating tub rotates to wash laundry by the water stream generated during the rotating pulsator.
The pulsator type washing machine includes a tub in which water required for washing is stored in the housing forming the exterior, a rotating tub rotatably installed in the tub and having a pulsator at the bottom thereof, and a driving unit for driving the rotating tub and the pulsator. do.
Background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 1999-0021443 (published on June 25, 1999, titled Invention: Pulsator of a washing machine).
As the pulsator of the washing machine rotates in the forward and reverse directions, water flows for washing the laundry are formed differently, and the washing efficiency of the laundry decreases. Therefore, there is a need to improve this.
The present invention was created by the necessity as described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine pulsator that can improve the washing efficiency by forming a uniform water flow irrespective of the rotation direction of the pulsator.
The pulsator for a washing machine according to the present invention includes: a base portion, a rotating shaft portion positioned at the center of rotation of the base portion, a main protrusion and a main protrusion connected to the rotating shaft portion protruding from the base portion and hinged to the rotation direction of the main protrusion. It includes an auxiliary protrusion that is rotated according to the direction.
In addition, a plurality of main projections are provided on the outer side of the rotation shaft portion is provided radially toward the edge of the base portion from the rotation shaft portion, it is preferable that the auxiliary projections connected to the main projection portion is provided in the same number as the number of the main projection portion.
In addition, the auxiliary protrusion is preferably provided between the edge of the base portion and the main protrusion, rotatably installed in the horizontal direction from above the base portion.
In addition, it is preferable that the base portion and the main projection portion further comprises a plurality of water holes through which the wash water and the air bubbles move.
In addition, the present invention preferably further includes a guide protrusion member which protrudes above the base portion where the main protrusion is not located to rotate the wash water and the laundry.
In the washing machine pulsator according to the present invention, since the rotation direction of the auxiliary protrusion is changed in accordance with the rotation direction of the pulsator to form a uniform water flow, it is possible to improve the washing efficiency and reduce the entanglement of the laundry.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described an embodiment of a washing machine pulsator according to the present invention. For convenience of explanation, a washing machine pulsator used in a home washing machine will be described as an example. In this process, the thicknesses of the lines and the sizes of the components shown in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of explanation. In addition, terms to be described below are terms defined in consideration of functions in the present invention, which may vary according to the intention or convention of a user or an operator. Therefore, definitions of these terms should be made based on the contents throughout the specification.
