상기 탄성밴드수단의 상부에 연결 설치되고 이를 접어서 상기 탄성밴드수단을 덮어 씌워 보호할 수 있도록 하는 보호커버로 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 신축기능이 구비된 주름신발.
