CDQ 설비에 구비된 집진후드 장치에 있어서;
하단면이 개방된 후드본체;
후드본체의 개방된 하단면을 통해 후드본체 내부에 위치하도록 배관되고, 더스트를 포집하는 집진덕트;
집진덕트와 평행하게 배관되고, 순환가스를 포집하는 압력컨트롤덕트;
후드본체의 개방된 하단면을 개폐하도록 구비되어 개방된 하단면을 길이방향으로 절반씩 밀폐하는 제1,2개폐판;
제1,2개폐판의 마주보는 변 상에 집진덕트와 압력컨트롤덕트를 감쌀 수 있도록 길이방향으로 절개 형성된 제1,2홈;
후드본체의 양 외측면 하단에 구비되고, 제1,2개폐판이 회전가능하게 힌지결합된 힌지축;
제1,2개폐판의 후드본체를 벗어난 쪽 단부 상면에 링크된 실린더로드;
실린더로드가 접속되고, 후드본체의 양 외측면에 고정되어 제1,2개폐판을 회전개폐시키는 개폐실린더;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CDQ 집진기 집진후드 장치.
