The receiving member 120 extends from one end to the other end of the mechanical key 10. The material of the accommodating member 120 is stainless steel of a thin plate shape. The stainless steel has about twice the tensile strength of the common metal, and is thinner than the same tensile strength of the common metal. Therefore, the housing member 120 made of stainless steel may increase durability and reduce thickness and weight.

In addition, the accommodating member 120 includes one side surface 122 and an upper surface 123 and a lower surface 124 extending from an end portion of the side surface 122. The storage member 120 forms an intermediate space 121 by the upper surface 123, the lower surface 124, and the side surface 122. Protrusion patterns 125 (or emboss patterns) are formed at the end portions of the top surface 123 and the ends of the bottom surface 124, respectively. The protrusion pattern 125 is coupled to the coupling hole 113 formed at one end of the substrate 110 to form a snap-in connection structure between the substrate 110 and the accommodation member 120.

More specifically, the upper surface 123 extends from the first surface 123a and the first surface 123a extending from the end of the side surface 122, and the second surface having the protrusion pattern 125 formed on the inner surface thereof. 123b. The lower surface 124 extends from the third surface 124a and the third surface 124a facing the first surface 123a to face the second surface 123b, and has a protrusion pattern 125 on the inner surface. ) Includes a fourth surface 124b formed. The storage member 120 has a hollow space 121 formed by the side surface 122, the first surface 123a, and the second surface 123b. Therefore, the substrate 110 is inserted between the third surface 124a and the fourth surface 124b, and the protrusion patterns 125 are formed on the inner surfaces of the third surface 124a and the fourth surface 124b. The accommodation member 120 is coupled to the coupling hole 113 formed at one end of the substrate 110.

The substrate 110 has a mounting surface 111 on which a conductor pattern is formed on only one side surface.

Various circuit elements 112 are mounted on the mounting surface 111. Here, the various circuit elements 112 transmit the response signal to the request signal when the card key 100 receives the request signal for the identification code (ID code) from the vehicle.

The substrate 110 further includes a protrusion member 114 provided at one end.

Protrusion member 114 is coupled to the mechanical key (10). In addition, the protrusion member 114 is fusion-bonded on one side of the substrate 110, preferably on the mounting surface 111, and is formed on the support member 114a made of a panel and on one side of the support member 114a. It consists of a projection pattern 114b. Here, the support member 114a is formed of phosphor bronze. Phosphor bronze is an alloy mainly made of copper and tin and having mechanical strength. Phosphor Bronze also has increased strength while accepting fusion.

The support member 114a has an elastic space 114d formed between the surface opposite to the surface on which the protrusion pattern 114b is formed and the head portion 11 of the mechanical key 10.

The elastic space 114d receives the supporting member 114a struck due to the force applied to the protrusion pattern 114b.

The mechanical key 10 is an emergency key for use in an emergency situation such as exhaustion of the capacity of the battery 20, breakage of the card key 100, and the like. The mechanical key 10 is stored in the hollow space 121 of the housing member 120 formed on the substrate 110. Therefore, the mechanical key 10 is used to take out of the hollow space 121 to unlock the door or perform other tasks in the case of other similar situations such as when the battery 20 is exhausted or the card key 100 is broken. do. In addition, the mechanical key 10 is composed of a head portion 11 coupled to the protruding member 114 and a key portion 13 accommodated in the hollow space 121.

The head portion 11 is a portion that a user grips to take out the mechanical key 10. In addition, the head portion 11 is formed with a coupling hole 12 formed at one end. That is, the head portion 11 is a combination of the projection pattern 114b formed in the support member 114a and the coupling hole 12 of the head portion 11 when the mechanical key 10 is coupled to the substrate 110. Combined and fixed. Thus, the mechanical key 10 can be fixedly coupled to the correct position of the receiving member 120.

On the other hand, in the embodiment of Figures 2 and 3 illustrate a structure in which the projection pattern of the support member is formed on one side, it may be formed on both sides of the support member.

4 is a perspective view showing a vehicle card key according to another embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4, the protrusion member 114 ′ bends the support member 114 a ′ in half to form a fixed space 114 c ′ into which the substrate 110 is inserted. In addition, the fixing space 114c ′ is fused to both surfaces of the substrate 110 on the inner side thereof. In addition, the projection member 114 'is formed with a projection pattern 114b' on both sides of the support member 114a '. Then, the projection pattern 11b 'is fixedly coupled to the engagement hole 12' formed in the head portion 11 'of the mechanical key 10. Here, the coupling hole 12 'of the head portion 11' is also formed on both side surfaces so as to correspond to the projection pattern 114b 'formed on both side surfaces of the support member 114a'.

Referring back to FIG. 3, the case 130 is molded in the substrate 110 and the receiving member 120. Accordingly, the case 130 seals the substrate 110 to which the accommodating member 120 is coupled and the various circuit elements 112 mounted on the substrate 110.

In the vehicle card key 100 of the present invention having the above configuration, the housing member 120 and the substrate 110 and the mechanical key 10 and the substrate 10 are snapped by the projection patterns 114b and 125. To combine.

Therefore, when the mechanical key 10 is coupled to the case 130, the mechanical key 10 can be fitted in the correct position, and when the housing member 120 is assembled to the substrate 110, the mechanical key 10 can be formed at the correct position with the correct dimensions.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. It is therefore to be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative in all aspects and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims rather than the detailed description, and all changes or modifications derived from the scope of the claims and their equivalents should be construed as being included within the scope of the present invention.
