Preferably, the fixing device 400 uses concrete for the drain pipe 300 so that the fixing device is not damaged due to the waves.

Since the drain outlet of the drain pipe 400 is located in the water, the drain outlet may be blocked due to the habitat of marine organisms. In order to prevent this phenomenon, the drain outlet may be blocked with a copper mesh.
