Abstract
Description
도 2는 죽초액의 산도 조정을 통한 죽초액의 길항세균 생장억제 완화효과를 확인한 결과이다.
도 3은 죽초액과 길항세균을 혼합한 친환경 복합 살균제 시제품(우측)이 산도 조정에 따라 죽초액의 색깔이 갈색(좌측 2번)에서 진한 갈색(좌측 3번)으로 변하는 것을 확인한 사진이다. 여기에 길항세균(좌측)을 첨가하여 시제품을 제조한다.
도 4는 키위 궤양병균에 대한 산도 보정된 죽초액의 항균활성 효과를 확인한 사진이다.
도 5는 산도 무보정 죽초액과 pH 7로 산도 보정된 죽초액 처리에 따른 참다래 나무의 약해 유형과 정도를 확인한 사진이다.
Claims (12)
- 죽초액 또는 죽초액과 길항세균, 및 pH 조절제를 포함하는 식물병 방제용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 죽초액의 pH가 6 내지 8인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 pH 조절제는 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화칼슘, 암모니아수 및 중탄산나트륨 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어지는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 길항세균은 죽초액에서 분리한 바실러스 서브틸리스 또는 바실러스 아밀로퀘파시엔스인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 죽초액은 전체 조성물에 대하여 10% 내지 30%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 길항세균은 유효미생물농도로 108 CFU/mL 내지 109 CFU/mL로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물병은 고추탄저병균(Colletotricum acutatum), 벼도열병균(Magnaporthe grisea), 채소덩굴쪼김병균(Fusarium oxysporum), 잔디마름병균(Rhizoctonia solani), 과일검은점무늬병(Alternaria alternata), 잿빛곰팡이병균(Botrytis cinera), 참다래궤양병균(Pseudomonas syringae) 또는 과실그을음병균(Cladosporium cladosporioides)에 의하여 발생하는 식물병인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항의 식물병 방제용 조성물을 식물에 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 식물병 방제 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 식물병은 고추탄저병균(Colletotricum acutatum), 벼도열병균(Magnaporthe grisea), 채소덩굴쪼김병균(Fusarium oxysporum), 잔디마름병균(Rhizoctonia solani), 과일검은점무늬병(Alternaria alternata), 잿빛곰팡이병균(Botrytis cinera), 참다래궤양병균(Pseudomonas syringae) 또는 과실그을음병균(Cladosporium cladosporioides)에 의하여 발생하는 식물병인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- a) 죽초액을 제조하는 단계, 및 b) 상기 죽초액에 pH 조절제를 혼합하여 상기 죽초액의 pH를 6 내지 8로 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항에 따른 식물병 방제용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계의 전 또는 후에 길항세균을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 길항세균은 길항세균을 최대 생장시킨 후, 추가로 2 내지 3일 배양시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
