The screw wing unit is formed with pitch which is equivalent to a gap for winding the wire.

Description

Wire rope winding induction device {GUIDING APPARATUS FOR WINDING WIRE-ROPE}

The present invention relates to a wire rope winding induction apparatus that allows the wire drum to be wound or unwound in a wire drum used in a CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching).

In general, wire ropes are used in the CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) to pull heavy materials.

The wire rope is pulled out by selective rotation in one or the other direction of the wire drum in a state of being wound on the wire drum, and used for the traction operation of the heavy material.

However, when the wire rope is rewound in an unwinded state, the wire rope may be repeatedly wound on the wire drum according to the thickness of the wire rope, thereby causing damage to the wire rope. In addition, if the wire rope is wound in a state overlapping the wire drum, there is a problem that the load is biased to one side of the wire drum may cause damage to the wire drum.

One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a wire rope winding induction apparatus that can be wound so that the wire does not overlap the wire drum.

One embodiment of the present invention includes a screw drum which is installed in the vicinity of the wire drum, the wire is wound at equal intervals, and a screw blade portion protruding to the outer peripheral surface of the screw drum to guide the wire to the wire drum.

The screw blades may be formed at the same pitch as the winding interval of the wire.

The screw drum is hollow inside so that the lubricating oil can move, and a plurality of through holes are formed at the side thereof, and the side of the screw drum may further include a lubricating oil supplier for supplying lubricating oil to the inside of the screw drum.

A stopper roller for pressing the wire in the direction of the screw drum may be installed in the proximity of the screw drum.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the wire drum used in the CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching Dry Drying Facility) can be wound without overlapping the wire rope and the damage to the wire drum can be prevented, work efficiency is improved Can be improved.

Hereinafter, a wire rope winding induction device according to embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art. It is provided to let you know.

1 is a view schematically showing a wire rope winding induction apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the wire rope winding induction apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a screw drum 10 installed at a position close to the wire drum 11, and a screw drum 10 of the screw drum 10. Protruding to the outer circumferential surface includes a screw wing 20 for guiding and supplying the wire 13 to the wire drum (11).

The wire drum 11 is applied to the wire installed in the CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching), and the wire unwinding or winding operation is made selectively. Although the wire drum 11 is exemplarily described as being applied to the wire used in the CDQ facility in the embodiment of the present invention, the wire drum 11 is not necessarily limited thereto and may be applied to the wire of various purposes.

The wire drum 11 is formed with a plurality of wire winding grooves 11a in the longitudinal direction. The wire winding groove 11a may be formed as a screw-shaped groove along the length direction of the wire drum 11. Accordingly, the wire drum 11 may be wound or unwound by the wire 13 according to the rotational operation in one or the other directions.

The screw drum 10 for guiding the wire 13 is installed at a position spaced a predetermined distance from the side surface of the wire drum 11.

2 is a view schematically showing a screw drum according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, the screw drum 10 is installed at a position spaced apart from the wire drum 11 to support the wire 13. The screw drum 10 may be formed to be longer than the length of the wire drum 11 for stable support of the wire 13. On the outside of the screw drum 10, a screw wing 20 for guiding the wire 13 protrudes.

The screw wing 20 is formed in a screw shape and is formed to have a pitch B that is substantially the same as the spacing A of the wire winding groove 11a formed in the wire drum 11. Therefore, the screw wing 20 may be guided so that the wire 13 is properly wound or unwound without overlapping the wire wound groove 11a of the wire drum 11.

On the other hand, the screw drum 10 is provided with a lubricating oil supplier 30 for supplying lubricating oil to the wire 13.

Lubricating oil supplier 30 is installed on both sides of the screw drum 10, as shown in Figure 1 to supply the lubricant to the screw drum (10). In this embodiment, the lubricating oil supplier 30 is exemplarily described to be installed on both sides of the screw drum 10 by way of example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The lubricating oil supplier 30 may supply the lubricating oil stored therein to the screw drum 10 at a constant pressure.

The screw drum 10 is hollow inside to supply the wire 13 with the lubricant supplied by the lubricant supplier 30. In addition, a plurality of through holes 15 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the screw drum 10 to allow lubricant oil to be discharged in the direction of the wire 13 from the inside of the screw drum 10. A plurality of through holes 15 are formed at equal intervals along the outer circumferential surface of the screw drum 10 so that lubricant oil can be appropriately supplied to the wire 13.

The stopper roller 40 is installed at a position spaced apart from the side of the screw drum 10 by a predetermined distance.

3 is a view schematically showing a stopper roller installed at a position spaced apart from the side of the screw drum.

As shown in FIG. 3, the stopper roller 40 is installed at a position spaced apart from the side of the screw drum 10 to press the wire 13 in the direction of the screw drum 10. Therefore, by guiding the wire 13 so as not to be abnormally detached from the screw wing 20 of the screw drum 10, it is possible to prevent the wire 13 from being wrapped around the wire drum 11.

The action of the wire rope winding induction apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration will be described below.

The wire 13 used in the CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) or the like is kept wound on the wire drum 11. The wire 13 is wound along the wire winding groove 11a formed in the longitudinal direction of the wire drum 11.

Here, when the wire 13 is wound around the wire drum 11, the wire 13 is guided by the wire rope winding induction device 100 installed at a distance from the side of the wire drum 11. As a result, the wire 13 is stably wound without overlapping. In more detail, the wire rope winding induction apparatus 100 includes a screw drum 10 and a screw wing portion 20 protruding outward from the screw drum 10, so that the wire 13 may have a screw wing portion ( It is supplied to the wire drum 11 by the guide action of 20). Here, the pitch B of the screw wing 20 is formed at substantially the same interval as the distance (A) of the wire winding groove (11a) of the wire drum 11, so that the wire 13 does not overlap or escape. It will be stably wound on the wire drum 11 without.

The present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications or other embodiments falling within the scope equivalent to the present invention are possible by those skilled in the art.
