A wrapping paper for wrapping a fruit box having an opening in an upper portion, the cylindrical shaft core (100); The shaft core 100 is wound in a roll shape, and adhesive parts 210 are coated on both sides of one surface thereof with an adhesive applied thereon, and a silicone coating 220 is formed on the other surface part wound in a roll shape corresponding to the adhesive part. The packaging part 200 is included.

The packaging part 200 is made of a transparent vinyl material, the width of the adhesive part 210 and the silicone coating 220 can be variously modified, and the silicone coating 200 is manufactured to be treated to the adhesive part, but slightly wider than the adhesive part 210 Temporarily adhering only to the silicone coating 200 may be easily released due to the rotation of the shaft core 100 and the horizontal movement of the packaging part 200.

Referring to the method of manufacturing such a wrapping paper as follows.

3 is a view showing a system for manufacturing a wrapping paper according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 4 is an operation flowchart of a manufacturing method of a wrapping paper according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 3 or 4, first, the vinyl fabric is mounted on the fabric mounter 300 and rotated (S410). If necessary, other forms of transparent vinyl or translucent vinyl may be provided.

Furthermore, the cylindrical shaft center 100 is attached to the winding machine 310. At this time, the winding machine 310 is wound around the packaging unit 200 to the axis 100 while rotating.

Then, the packing 200 moves in the direction of the arrow, and the silicon coating 220 is applied to both sides of one surface of the packing 200 according to the rotation of the coating roller 360 and the pressure roller 370 (S420). At this time, both sides of the coating roller 360 to concave around the silicon coating is made smoothly, the silicon buried in the center portion is removed by the knife 380. Such silicone may be applied by spraying or other methods as necessary.

Thereafter, the drying step is passed by the dryer 350, and the drying step may be omitted in some cases.

Next, the sprayer 340 forms an adhesive part 210 by spraying an adhesive on both sides of the other surface of the packing part 200 in a spray method (S430). This may be applied by a roller or the like or other method as necessary. In particular, the double-sided tape may be attached to provide an adhesive function.

Afterwards, the packaging part 200 is wound on the shaft core 100 mounted on the winding machine 310, and the adhesive part 210 coated with the adhesive is wound on the silicon coated portion 220 (S460). ).

The third embodiment prevents the adhesive force from being weakened or the adhesive force from being weakened by the paper of the box being attached to the adhesive part 210 when the packaging paper is attached to the fruit box and the consumer detaches and attaches the packaging paper as needed.

Since the double tape structure, the adhesive force of the back and the adhesive portion of the tape is weaker than the adhesive force of the paper and the tape in the case of re-attaching once, the tape 240 is attached to the box, and only the wrapping paper 200 is separated. Therefore, even if you put the wrapping paper again, there is no fear of paper on the box and the adhesive strength is not weakened.

The manufacturing method of the wrapping paper according to the third embodiment is as follows.

Almost the same as the manufacturing method of the first embodiment, and in the third embodiment, after the step (S430), the tape applicator 330 attaches the tape to the portion to which the adhesive is applied, but the adhesive is applied to the portion having no adhesive force. To be adhered to the site (S450).

Thereafter, the packaging part 200 is wound around the shaft core 100 so that the part to which the tape is attached corresponds to the silicon coated part 220.

In this third embodiment, the double tape structure prevents the paper of the box from sticking to the adhesive part of the wrapping paper and the adhesive strength does not become weak when it is once attached and re-wound.

These embodiments may be modified, and examples of combining the second and third embodiments are possible.

Referring to the method of packaging the grape box using this embodiment as follows.

Although not shown in the drawing, first, for automation, a plurality of grape boxes are continuously moved on a line moving along a conveyor belt, and a wrapping paper is glued onto the grape boxes as the shaft is rotated.

And when the cutter (not shown) cuts the packaging part 200 at equal intervals, the packaging is automatically completed. This packaging method can be modified in various ways, and may be added to the position adjustment or finishing of the box as needed.

An example of packaging the grape box by using the second embodiment of these embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

8 is a cross-sectional view showing the grape box is automatically packaged in a wrapping paper according to a second embodiment of the present invention, Figure 9 is a cross-sectional view of C-C 'of FIG.

Referring to Figure 8 or 9, the adhesive portion 210 is automatically bonded to the upper portion of the box, the roll structure of the wrapping paper is automatically cut through the cutter so that a large amount of work is possible.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, It belongs to the scope of right.
