PURPOSE: A terminal contact device for battery test and a battery performance test device including the same are provided to extend a lifespan of a test device while protecting a battery terminal by touching a terminal contact unit of the test device with a battery terminal without excessive tension. CONSTITUTION: A terminal contact device for battery test includes a conductive roller(10), a metal plate, a support member, and an external terminal(40). The conductive roller is rotated around a rotary shaft. The conductive roller touches a measurement terminal while moving a measurement terminal(100a) of a measurement target battery(100). The terminal contact device touches the measurement terminal without excessive tension by the rotation of the conductive roller and stably receives an electric value by many contact points.
