Description

차량용 연료전지 개폐장치{FUEL CELL OPENING AND SHUTTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE}Fuel cell switchgear for vehicle {FUEL CELL OPENING AND SHUTTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE}

The present invention relates to a vehicle fuel cell switchgear, and more particularly to a vehicle fuel cell switchgear for easy operation by applying the sliding door opening and closing method to the frame provided with the fuel cell module.

In general, a fuel cell is a device that directly converts chemical energy of a fuel into electrical energy by an electrochemical reaction.

Since such fuel cells have higher efficiency and fewer problems such as noise and exhaust gas than conventional internal combustion engines, fuel cell vehicles using fuel cells as power sources of vehicles have been developed.

The fuel cell of a vehicle uses hydrogen gas as fuel, which decomposes into hydrogen ions and electrons at an anode, and the hydrogen ions move through an electrolyte and move through an external circuit. Water is generated by reacting with oxygen at a cathode with the on-electron. The flow of electrons through the external circuit is used as power.

Most fuel cell vehicles are hybrid vehicles that use fuel cells together with energy storage devices such as high voltage batteries or supercapacitors as power sources.

In recent years, due to the many advantages of supercapacitors, they are used as energy storage devices.

The fuel cell vehicle also includes a low voltage auxiliary battery as an auxiliary power source. The auxiliary battery supplies energy to starting-related parts that start a vehicle, such as starting a fuel cell.

In order for the fuel cell to operate normally to produce power, fuel supply systems such as hydrogen and oxygen supply systems and various controllers must be operated first.

Until now, hybrid fuel cell vehicles have been developed around small vehicles such as passenger cars.

However, in recent years, the development of vehicles using such a hybrid fuel cell system has been attempted even in large vehicles requiring high power such as buses.

However, in case of maintenance and replacement of a fuel cell device, a large vehicle using a conventional fuel cell system requires a lot of time to dismantle the bolts in order to open the front cover. The damage is severe, there is a problem that the workability is reduced.

The cover member 30 is slid open in both directions in a state of holding the handle 31 of the.

Then, since the outer diameters of the opening groove 35 and the rolling member 20, which are bent in a semicircle at the rail portion 33, are coincident with each other, the cover member 30 is removed from the front surface of the frame 10 in a state of coincidence. It can be dismantled.

As described so far, the vehicle fuel cell opening and closing device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be easily detachable and easy to maintain or replace by applying a sliding type opening and closing method.

In addition, by minimizing the number of fastening members 40 for fixing the cover member 30, the weight of the cover member 30 and the fastening member 40 is minimized, the cost can be reduced.
