Claims (7)

상기 과제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 발명에서는, 용기본체, 상기 용기본체 내부에 조립되고 화장품이 충전된 내부용기, 상기 내부용기의 일측과 힌지 결속되어 회동자재로 개폐되고 눌림돌기의 눌림력에 의해 상기 내부용기의 상면부에 밀착하는 하부의 밀폐리브를 갖는 내부덮개, 상기 용기본체의 축홈부에 힌지편으로 결속되고 그 대향 측에 형성된 로크편에 의해 용기본체의 타측에 조립된 푸시버튼의 로크공의 걸림단턱에 걸림되면서 상기 내부덮개의 눌림돌기를 눌러 상기 내부용기에 밀폐리브를 밀착하고, 상기 푸시버튼의 누름에 의해 상기 로크편의 걸림해지로 개폐되는 외부뚜껑으로 구성된 기밀 화장품용기에 있어서,
상기 내부용기는 화장품 수납용기, 상기 화장품 수납용기가 조립되고 상기 내부덮개의 힌지편이 결합하는 힌지축편이 구성된 패킹케이스를 포함하고,
상기 패킹케이스는 상기 내부덮개의 밀폐리브가 삽입 결합되는 패킹홈을 형성하는 내,외측 탄성편이 구성되고, 상기 내, 외측 탄성편은 내측에 대향 돌출된 내,외측 만곡돌기부가 상기 패킹홈에 결합하는 밀폐리브의 내,외측면을 동시에 탄력적으로 밀착하여 기밀 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀 화장품용기.
