Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wire harness fixing mechanism for use in arranging and fixing a wire harness of a vehicle.
Vehicles are equipped with many electrical components and controls that operate by being powered by a battery or a generator. Electrical wiring for powering and transmitting signals to these electrical components and controls is commonly referred to as wire harness. Failure to organize and secure the wire harness may result in entanglement or disconnection between the vehicles during assembly or driving, resulting in an accident, or bumping into the car body during driving, causing noise. Therefore, a wire harness fixing mechanism for fixing the wire harness to the vehicle body or to a specific vehicle part is used.
The wire harness fixture may be integrally formed by plastic injection molding, or may be assembled by combining a plurality of pieces. Among the two kinds of wire harness fixing mechanisms, the wire harness fixing mechanism manufactured by assembling is more rigid than that formed by injection molding and can be manufactured in various forms. . Therefore, a plurality of parts may be unintentionally separated from each other due to vibrations during assembly of the vehicle or during driving, and the fixing of the wire harness may be released.
The present invention provides a wire harness fastening device in which a plurality of parts are reliably joined so that they are not inadvertently separated.
In addition, the present invention provides a wire harness fixing mechanism that can be configured to be concise and compact in a portion in which a plurality of portions are coupled, and can be easily coupled and separated.
The present invention includes a base member having a pillar protruding to one side, and a base member having a fastening through hole and a locking step formed by the fastening hole in the pillar, and when the inner side of the pillar is positioned inside to press the pillar to the outside. It is detachably coupled to one side of the base member having a lever that is elastically biased in the direction and a fastening protrusion protruding from the distal end of the lever and a fastening protrusion inserted into the fastening through hole. A peg protruding tapered to narrow the diameter, and a wire harness holder coupled to the other side of the base member and holding and supporting a wire harness, wherein the fastening protrusion has the base member. Is pushed in a direction away from the peg, the latching jaw is inserted into the wire harness formed with a separation preventing groove that can not escape It provides a mechanism.
The fastening protrusion has a first bent part protruding outward from the lever so as to be inserted into the fastening hole, and a second bent part protruding in the same direction as the protruding direction of the pillar from the end of the first bent part. The release preventing groove may be defined by a pair of side surfaces facing each other of the lever and the second bent portion, and one side of the first bent portion positioned between the pair of side surfaces.
The peck has a plurality of legs supported by the base member when coupled to the base member, and the elastic hook is provided between the plurality of legs.
The elastic hook further includes a pusher to push the lever inward, and the pusher includes a pusher protrusion protruding outward from the lever, and an area of a surface on which the force for pressing the lever acts. It may have a pusher flange that extends wider than the protrusion.
According to the wire harness fixing mechanism of the present invention, the base member and the pegs are coupled by elastic hooks, so that both members can be easily joined and separated. In addition, the ends of the elastic hooks are bent so that the reliability of the coupling is high so that the base member and the peck are not inadvertently separated.
In addition, the pusher (pusher) designed to easily press the elastic hook to the inside is provided so that it can be easily separated when you want to separate the base member and peck coupled to each other.
