The present invention relates to a surface polishing apparatus, and more particularly, to a polishing apparatus for removing rust, surface defects, roll damage and welding residues generated in the ship drying process occurs on the surface of the plate used for lathe drying.
As the industry develops, the volume of logistics increases and the need for transportation increases. Among them, the shipbuilding industry has developed a lot as a safe and economical advantage as a long-distance means of transportation, and especially in the world market, Korea's shipbuilding industry is growing so much that it can compete with the first and second place. Growing.
In general, the ship is constructed by welding a plurality of steel plates and should remove the welding residue or rust generated on the hull surface after the welding operation, PIM due to surface defects and roll damage.
However, in the related art, the surface polishing apparatus is driven by the rotation axis of the abrasive being perpendicular to the steel sheet, which cannot obtain a constant polishing surface due to the difference in the amount of polishing between the center and the outside.
In addition, in order to obtain an even polishing surface, the conventional abrasive must always be perpendicular to the steel sheet, and it is impossible for an operator who has been working for a long time to always maintain the vertical. The polishing surface becomes uneven.
In addition, the operator has to withstand the warpage that occurs when the abrasive is rotated and the plate surface is polished.
In addition, the operation of polishing the surface of the plate generates a lot of load on a device that generates power, such as a motor, so that durability may be degraded and failure may occur. However, the conventional surface polishing apparatus has a complicated coupling structure, which makes it difficult to replace the surface quickly.
In addition, there is a position of the handle suitable for working according to the height of the worker, the conventional handle is not able to adjust the height and exerts a strain on the body of the worker.
Accordingly, the present invention is to solve this conventional problem, the problem to be solved of the present invention is to easily maintain the direction to be polished, to have a constant and even polishing surface, it is possible to replace parts quickly when a failure occurs It is to provide a surface grinding machine.
