Description
The present invention relates to a wire transfer device, and more particularly, to a wire transfer device for replacing LP (Line Post) insulator.
In response to the surge in demand for electricity, electric power facilities have been expanded in response. As the demand for electric power quality of electric power users increases, momentary power failures are also subject to civil complaints. Has been increasing recently.
On the other hand, during the power distribution construction, uninterrupted construction methods are performed in which the construction is performed in a state in which power is not cut off for high quality power supply.
Power distribution work by the existing uninterrupted method is composed of a mobile transformer method, a bypass cable method, a switchgear method for construction, among which the bypass cable method is required for cable cars and work sections, Construction switchgears, mobile transformer cars, live basket trucks and live air vents should be provided.
After that, the bypass cable is installed to bypass the supply of power, and then the distribution line is replaced and relocated, and the bypass cable is removed again to complete the power distribution work.
In addition, in order to reduce the capacity of the distribution line to 5,000kw or less since the allowable capacity of the cable for the existing cable method is 5,000kw or less when the existing bypass cable method is applied when the distribution line electric capacity exceeding 5,000kw is used. There was a problem in that a lot of time and labor costs were required to transfer power loads to other distribution lines.
In addition, the distribution lines of more than two upper and lower lines in one jeonju can not be constructed by the current uninterruptible construction method of the upper distribution line, there was a serious problem in the system operation of the effective distribution line.
Accordingly, Korean Patent No. 10-0355492 (Electric wire transfer mechanism in Jeonju and uninterruptible power distribution method using the same) proposes a technology for transferring a power line using an insulating rod connected to an auxiliary arm without using a separate bypass cable. It was.
However, as the load of the power line is moved to manpower, a lot of manpower is required, and when the thick wire is long span, there is a limitation in the work that it is difficult to move the insulation rod to the manpower.
In order to solve the above problems of the prior art, the present invention provides a device that can safely and easily move a load-intensive power line from the LP insulator when the LP (Line Post) insulator is replaced by a live line method.
The objects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned objects, and other objects not mentioned can be clearly understood from the following description.
In order to achieve the above object, the wire transfer device according to an aspect of the present invention is a power line complete support fixed to the power line complete, the insulation rod band coupled to the side of the power line complete support, inserted into the insulation rod band and moved up and down It includes an insulating rod, a wire holder coupled to the upper end of the power line insulating rod to secure the wire to be wired and the joist attached to the insulating rod band and the insulating rod.
In one aspect of the invention, the power line complete support includes an insertion hole into which the power line complete is inserted, and moves on the power line complete through the insertion hole.
In addition, in one aspect of the invention, the power line complete support includes an extension arm (arm) to the side, the extension arm to ensure a working space from the power line completion.
In addition, in one aspect of the invention, the insulating rod band is coupled to the side of the extension arm at a predetermined angle.
In addition, in one aspect of the invention, the insulating rod band is in the form of a ring can be opened and closed on one side, the outer ring is formed with a connecting ring for fastening the joists.
In addition, in one aspect of the invention, the insulating rod band is formed with a fastening screw hole on one side of the opening and closing, and supports the insulating rod according to the movement of the fastening means fastened to the fastening screw hole.
In addition, in one aspect of the invention, the insulating rod is formed at the bottom connecting ring for fastening the joonggi.
In addition, in one aspect of the invention, the wire holder is opened and closed on one side, the power line is entered through the one side opening and closing.
In addition, in one aspect of the present invention, the joist is fastened to the hook hook is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the insulating rod band, the wire grip is fastened to the hook hook formed on the lower end of the insulating rod.
In addition, in one aspect of the present invention, the insulating rod is moved up and down through the operation of the joist, thereby moving the wire fixed to the wire holder up and down.
