Description
The present invention relates to an electroplating rack, and more particularly, a welded wire is wound in a state in which a hook wire is spirally wound on a support rod, thereby preventing the end of the hook from being damaged or short-circuited by a shock or heat, thereby preventing a very tight coupling. It is about the design to make a structure.
In general, electroplating uses a metal to be plated as a negative electrode (-) and a metal for electrodeposition as a positive electrode (+). It is a plating method in which a thinly coated film is formed by electrodeposition on the surface.
Since the articles to be plated are used by being immersed in an electrolyte solution while being held on a rack at a constant interval, a large number of hooks are formed at a predetermined interval on the support rod of the rack.
Conventionally, since the wire is fixed to the metal bar by spot welding (spot welding) to secure the hook, the welded area is narrow, the overall bonding strength is weak, and the structure easily falls, and thus a rigid coupling structure cannot be achieved.
Therefore, when the rack is moved or hanged in the plating bath, hangers are tangled or collided with each other, so that the hangers are easily damaged or short-circuited with contacts, such that the hangers fall from the supporting rods.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for an electroplating rack that can prevent closed ends such as short-circuiting of welds or damage to hooks due to high heat and impact generated during plating and post-treatment.
The present invention was devised in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a rack for electroplating that can increase the rigidity of the structure by preventing damage to the hook and short circuit of the weld due to impact or heat.
Features of the present invention for achieving the above object, the
The present invention as described above, the spiral wound around the spiral portion (11b) is in contact with the

Figure 3 is a partially enlarged perspective view illustrating another embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Figure 1 or Figure 2, between the vertical support both sides of the
The
Of course, the
That is, the
The
The
In addition, the
In the figure,
On the other hand, as shown in Figure 3, the
Therefore, if the distribution is made in the state in which the insulator coating 13 is covered, since the coating 13 can be easily removed when the plating operation is performed, it is not necessary to perform the cumbersome work of peeling off the
