Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a nozzle for a silicon tube, and more particularly, a cross section of the silicon is discharged in a right triangle when the silicon is discharged into the discharge hole of the nozzle by operating the silicon gun by mounting the silicon tube with the nozzle attached to the silicon gun. The present invention relates to a nozzle for a silicon tube, which is configured to make the silicon work more efficiently and securely at the place where two structures touch each other.
In general, silicon is used to prevent the inflow of foreign substances or the penetration of moisture into the gap between the window frame and the wall contacting the structure of the building or the structure where the various structures touch each other.
The silicon used for the above purpose is filled in the silicon tube in a gel state, and when the silicon is used, the nozzle attached to the front end of the silicon tube is opened by mounting the silicon tube to the silicon gun and operating the handle provided in the silicon gun. In the conventional nozzle as described above, the external shape of the nozzle is circular, and the cross-sectional view of the discharge hole is circular.
If the cross section of the discharge hole constituting the nozzle as described above is circular, the cross-section of the silicon coming out of the discharge hole is circular, so that the window frame and the wall which are installed on the wall surface of the building where silicon is normally used, or various structures Given that the parts that touch each other are at right angles, they do not fit well together.
In other words, since the silicon discharged from the nozzle is circular and most of the structures to which the silicon is bonded are perpendicular to each other, the silicon cannot be filled to the ends of the two surfaces of the various structures.
Then, the silicon is pushed to the end where both sides of the structure touch, and the silicon is pressed using a separate tool or finger to improve the appearance of the exposed silicon.
When the discharged silicon is pressed as described above, the silicon will be filled up to the ends where both sides of the structure touch, but the edges are protruded to form the barbars, and the barbars are spaced apart from the adhesive surface as time passes. As a result, a phenomenon in which the entire silicon is separated from the adhesive surface occurs.
In order to prevent the separation of silicon as described above, a separate work that needs to be removed using a tool such as a knife in order to prevent the separation of the silicon is necessary, and the overall work efficiency is reduced due to the loss of labor, etc. There are many problems in structure.
The present invention is to actively solve the above problems, by improving the discharge hole constituting the nozzle for the silicon tube so that the cross-section of the silicon discharged into the discharge hole to form a right triangle so that the silicon to the end of both sides of the structure to reach It is an object of the present invention to provide a nozzle for a silicon tube that is well-filled and evenly formed on a silicon surface so that the finished state of the silicon work can be well processed without a separate post work.
The nozzle for a silicon tube of the present invention for achieving the above object is formed with a female screw portion for fastening to the silicone tube, a cylindrical portion connected to the female screw portion for the smooth discharge of the silicon, and then the end portion and the structure from which the structures touch each other The outer shape of the nozzle is configured in the form of a right triangle pyramid so as to be in close contact with both sides of the structure, characterized in that the present invention is formed with a discharge hole in the form of a right triangle pyramid so that the silicon is discharged in a right triangle.
According to the nozzle for a silicon tube of the present invention as described above, since the outer shape of the nozzle is formed in the form of a right triangle pyramid, it is possible to work in a state in which the structure is in close contact with both ends of the structure and both sides of the structure to maintain an accurate point. You can work by moving the nozzle while
Since the silicon discharge hole constituting the nozzle is composed of a right triangle, the silicon is discharged in a right triangle to ensure filling between the ends where the structures touch each other and both sides of the structure. Not only can the silicon work with a beautiful appearance, but also shorten the silicon working time, such as to increase the convenience in use.
