상기 용기본체의 개구부 측에 고정되고, 중앙에 상하 관통형성된 결합공이 구비된 숄더(Shoulder);
상기 숄더에 내재되고, 하부에 상하 관통형성된 내용물 유입공과, 상기 내용물 유입공을 개폐하는 체크밸브를 갖는 실린더;
상기 실린더에 내재되고, 상기 실린더 내(內)에서 일정 행정거리로 승하강 가능하게 구비되는 피스톤로드와, 상기 피스톤로드 및 상기 실린더 사이의 기밀성을 유지하는 기밀부재를 갖는 피스톤부;
상기 피스톤로드 상부에 누름조작이 가능하게 구비되는 누름버튼이 구비된 누름조작부; 및
