다음으로, 진공상태에서 재차 고압펌프(42)에 의해 과산화수소를 고압분사한 후, 플라즈마발생기(45)에 의해 과산화수소를 이온화하여 멸균처리하는 2차 멸균단계(S106);
다음으로, 방사선조사장치(51)에 의해 멸균처리하는 3차 멸균단계(S107);
